As far as I know so far, if you get here early, park across the street at warehouse parking. If you spend the night there, don't start your E-log until they call you. They do open at 4am, but that's when the guard asks you for your appointment number and your phone number so he can call when they are ready for you.

The young lady at the pickup window was very nice and quick with processing my pickup. The warehouse worker was as well quick in getting my order loaded on my pickup truck.

Best Buy has to have the worst delivery service. I ordered a gas dryer and it was supposed to be installed and was left at my property still in the box. The driver and his coworker refused to give me their names. I spoke with their supervisor (Albert) who did nothing. The Spanish employee handed my wife his phone and then snatched it out of her hand when we couldn’t understand their customer service person. I never received a call back from their supervisor once he was notified of the incident.
