Called ahead , the bestbuy employee said yes item in-stock, drove an hour to store, went in and was told by several employees that they didn't stock that item, im very disappointed in bestbuy, to say it nice , I won't be a customer anymore

Ordered Bluetooth speaker online was ready in an hour. Went in and picked it up quickly..
Takes forever to get service. Super annoying and inconvenient.
