After I finally got through with their annoying AI phone assistant and asking for a representative multiple times, the human who did answer the phone told me he was from a call center. I asked if he had the direct line to the store (I had a store question, not a support question) and he said this store does not take calls. I cannot imagine a store not taking customer calls. One star.
