What is the point of "curbside service" if your support desk, after waiting over half an hour for a small box, says "just go insides it's faster"?!?! This is literally the first best buy to ever just NOT deliver on a service third stores offer. Walk out, check code, hand off, bye. Not place CURBSIDE ORDER, wait almost an hour for no response, no pickup except from some offisite dude in INDIA saying just go inside and wait in the line you ordered AHEAD OF TIME to bypass in the first place!

It’s a hit or a miss at this place. It’s hard to get a floor associate to engage but when they do they try to be as helpful as possible. Every time I go in here I never know if I’m going to get excellent service or leave frustrated. They also have a bad habit of the online portal saying that things are in stock but they’re not. Not the worst Best Buy either though.

Called for stock over the phone, guy named Joey answered and was kinda rude. Told me they can’t give stock of Pokemon tins over the phone, even though I’ve called before and they have?? Idk but someone is not doing something right in that store then lol
Edit: oh btw in case anyone is wondering, according to Joey from sales, the phones in the store don’t ring anymore apparently. So when you call and get past the annoying AI that answers, you’re not even speaking to someone in the store. 😂
