Always helpful team there, good service
I went in to get a thumb drive and the girl showed me where they were at and then pulled one of them off the hook and literally said ..oh but not this one because I’m going to buy it. It was the 128 MB that I was wanting, but cheaper than other options available. The price read $44 something. I told her I wanted it and she said no because I’m buying it. I talked to customer service and a supervisor. The supervisor did try to help, but he said the item was misplaced. I don’t believe what she pointed out to him was the one she took from the shelf. IS IT STORE POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES. TO BE SHOPPING ALONGSIDE CUSTOMERS AND SNATCH UP AN ITEM THE CUSTOMER WANTS??? Odessa Texas store DO BETTER!!!!
