Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for a simple battery repair. I had made the appointment in advance, and they say they can’t take me because they already have two more appointments for that. They brushed us off. Luckily we were able to talk with the manager and he said they did have time. They fixed the battery but the messes up my actual phone. There is dust IN the camera, and they messed up my face id and system configuration. I am so upset, the geek share sucks here, the manager is the only actually good person there.
I went there to get my hard drives formatted for which they charged 100$ and I had to wait whole day just to hear that they don't have SOS to SATA converter. When I dropped off my drives I told them if they need converter I have it let me give it to you but they said no problem we have it. And turns out they don't. Even after they realize they didn't gave me any update and they told me when I went there check upon them.
Sales service was good but geek squad not okay.
