After I finally got through with their annoying AI phone assistant and asking for a representative multiple times, the human who did answer the phone told me he was from a call center. I asked if he had the direct line to the store (I had a store question, not a support question) and he said this store does not take calls. I cannot imagine a store not taking customer calls. One star.

Esto es una falta de respeto esta tienda llevo 2 años construyendo mi crédito termine de pagar mi televisor supuestamente al cavo de 2 meses me dicen que debo 60 dolares y me dañaron el crédito por culpa de su inteligencia la verdad que nunca jamás les recomiendo sacarse algo en esta tienda si tienen la posibilidad de pagarlo cash
