Probably one of the worst costumer service I have ever had, just asked it the monitor I bought had speakers (which it didn’t) and I was unaware of it and the guy had the nerve to rudely answer the question I had in maybe returning it and getting something else and proceeded to say “It is what it is”. That saying is getting tiring and for customer service to act like this is ridiculous. I work customer service and I wouldn’t even say that to anyone being the fact I’m trained to help. If this is how you guys train prepare for more problems down the road. I will say to never call these people with any problems because of that response alone. Obviously they haven’t taught what customer service is.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for a simple battery repair. I had made the appointment in advance, and they say they can’t take me because they already have two more appointments for that. They brushed us off. Luckily we were able to talk with the manager and he said they did have time. They fixed the battery but the messes up my actual phone. There is dust IN the camera, and they messed up my face id and system configuration. I am so upset, the geek share sucks here, the manager is the only actually good person there.
I went there to get my hard drives formatted for which they charged 100$ and I had to wait whole day just to hear that they don't have SOS to SATA converter. When I dropped off my drives I told them if they need converter I have it let me give it to you but they said no problem we have it. And turns out they don't. Even after they realize they didn't gave me any update and they told me when I went there check upon them.
Sales service was good but geek squad not okay.
