Best Buy Odessa

Acabo de venir por una orden a este desagradable lugar donde los trabajadores al parecer tienen cosas más importantes siempre que hacer que atender a sus clientes. En especial Elijah, no se cuál es su trabajo, pero ser grosero si se le da muy bien. Prefiero comprar en cualquier lugar menos aquí.

Terrible customer service by an employee named Elijah. When I first walked into the store, I went up to the first person that I saw and asked if they knew where the Meta glasses were at and he points in a direction and says they’re over there. Which okay fine I get that He may be busy and I have time to show me or try and sell me on a product. Eventually, I find them and so I go to customer service because that’s where the sign says to go to check out, and I asked a lady if I can buy the glasses. She told me that a gentleman named Elijah in a blue shirt would help me, and it was the same gentleman from earlier. I walk up to him and Let him know that the young lady told me I can get the glasses from him. All he says is “I am here right now,” So I said okay I’ll come back another time. Please feel free to look at the camera footage, This happened On April 23 and I walked out of the store at 5:27 PM. In no way shape or form does he have any demeanor that was suggest he wants to help a customer? I’m honestly not one to complain and it takes a lot for me to do so, but when you are on the job and act like you have no intentions of working with your customers or they need to represent your company, then someone above them is not doing the right job. I know this is an issue in Odessa in general, but it reminded me of why I genuinely don’t like to go to that place to begin with.
