Had a wonderful experience. Jesse and Jessie were so helpful. They give the best customer service anyone could ask for.
Normally the service at Best Buy is good, but when I went in to look at new phone cases an employee literally broke the case I currently had on my phone, the case was fairly new and in good condition, no efforts were made to reimburse me for the damages
