How do I check product availability at the Odessa Best Buy?

I have really bad experience,I order led tv screen and chest frizer.when they dilivere and open it it chest frizer was damage.they told me we are going to replace it.and went.and I have seen in system they no record of sell…they clear everything and I approached them they wait it’s in process.now it’s being a 6 month.they play with me delay tactics.n now I don’t want to go and never refer any one.they are cheaters

I just wanna say how helpful everyone is getting in this store everyone smile at me and I wanna give a shoutout to Yariela for helping me today and other 3 customers at the same time she did an amazing job she’s my usual Best Buy employee that I go to since the beginning of December that I started my own company she’s been there and always making sure that I get the right product and usually laptops but today she helped me in appliances and I can’t describe how great she was and how good she is at her job!!
