This place has horrible customer service i litterly waited 15 maybe more minutes just so someone could help me. I dont understand why it takes so long for 1 person to come helpe when I see so many employees just walking around talking so annoying I guess I rather drive to the one gulfgate best buy this place

I’ve had 1 not so great experience here trying to figure out the details on the Apple Pencil. I wasn’t searching for too many details on the item and thought I could come here instead of the Apple Store, so when I told an employee my pencil died and I didn’t know how long they lasted or what happened since I charged it regularly I didn’t expect the response I got. The employee told me to try the Apple Store and walked off… I was confused because I didn’t think I was coming across as rude or trying to waste his time. I guess he noticed that I was stumped and just grabbed another one to buy and he came back and apologized and then helped me some more. Aside from that, employees are generally willing to assist you and answer questions about various products.
