They let someone come in and pick up a $1800 computer on my account that I did not purchase. I just opened the account and I got charged. How do they let this happen? I filed a police report but I can't get a hold of the actual store only an automated system.

What you would expect from Best Buy.
I would so appreciate them Returning GEEK SQUAD TO THE QUALITY THEY HAVE BEEN SO FAMOUS FOR FOR YEARS. BUDGET? LACK OF TALENTED SKILLS STAFF? TRYING TO SAVE MONEY AND BRING PEOPLE INTO THE STORE? GEEK SQUAD SINCE MY RETIREMENT FROM THE UNIVERSITY HAS BEEN MY “TECH TEAM I HAVE STARTED CHATS OVER THE LAST THREE MONTHS TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE HP JET PRINTER TO CONNECT WI-FI TO MY COMPUTER FAILURE AFTER FAILURE AFTER FAILURE THEY TRY TO PUT AN APP IT’LL WORK AT LAST FOR AN HOUR MAYBE LESS FOR A DAY SOMEONE WAS ABLE TO DO A CORD AND ETHERNET TYPE THING THAN THAT HARD TO DO. THERE’S TWO APPS ON MY COMPUTER NOW AND THEY’RE COMPETING WITH EACH OTHER AND I DON’T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND YOU’RE GENIUSES DO NOT EITHER AND IS TAKEN EACH ONE OF THOSE PHONE CALLS THAT TURNED INTO A ONLINE HELP ME SESSION OR TWO OR THREE HOURS LONG WAITING FOR MY TURN.
You took away the internal teaching moments where I could sit down with a tag and say this is what I can’t do. Would you show me what I’m doing and that has happened several times in my career with Geek Squad but you don’t do that anymore. I have asked for support for seniors who wanted to stay somewhat connected digitally. They say I’m not gonna happen. The technical companies not gonna do it. You are missing out on tapping an earnest population. There’s still a consciously functioning and wanting to be connected to the world. Sounds like there’s some ages of going on here,
Why do I chat with the Geek Squad after 10:30 or 11? You can’t get anybody between six and 11 because the people coming home from work flood flood the chat system.
I’ll wait till 11 PM or midnight and can get through a little faster.
I think I should go home and take a nap in case I’m gonna try to connect with Geek Squad tonight.
