Bestbuy use to be a great place to shop for appliances, but after covid bestbuy is the worst place to shop, my Worse experience started with Best Buy back in November of 2025 when I purchased a Samsung Internet refrigerator, my experience buying a Refrigerator from bestbuy has been the worst experience in my lifetime of 58 years,,
I went into bestbuy store To make a purchase of a Samsung refrigerator the reason why I choosed Best Buy I felt like this wasThe safest place to buy a good product a dependable product, bestbuy have this white glass Samsung Internet refrigerator on display without a scratch on it, a beautiful refrigerator that my wife wanted,, I went home read reviews on it and the refrigerator had a lot of bad reviews but I didn't understand why because I knew several people that had one for over 5 years with no problems,
So i made a online purchase For the white glass Samsung Internet refrigerator in Nov 2025 & as of today Feb.7, 2026 bestbuy made five delivery attempts each refrigerator had damage on it at critical areas..
are you hearing me bestbuy 6 Damage refrigerators from your warehouse attempting to PUT a damaged refrigerator between my cabinets without me noticing the damage, so on today Feb. 7, 2026 this was bestbuy 6th delivery attempt of trying to deliver a refrigerator that's not damaged, all of bustbuy refrigerators where damaged And they're actually trying to conceal the damage and put a damaged refrigerator without the customers knowing that the refrigerators are damaged they don't last very long when they've damaged the refrigerators, I believe why Samsung has so many bad reviews about their Samsung refrigerators because Best Buy is damaging them with their inexperienced warehouse help they're damaging them with the forklift in the loading and unloading process , 6 damaged refrigerators is not a coincidence. when you bring 6 damaged refrigerators to my residence It's not an accident it's with intent. Best Buy get your stuff together and bring me a undamaged refrigerator Exactly what I paid for.

attempted to put between my cabinets without me noticing the damage, I do believe best buy is doing all their customers like this so it's time for a class action lawsuit, Check for damage on your refrigerators if you bought it from the Best Buy. I included a picture of the damage areas on the damaged refrigerators and also a picture of the type of forklift that damages these refrigerators like this. The pic of The refrigerator is the one that was attempted to be delivered today February 7th which is the 6 damaged refrigerator
