Tons of staff members just standing around talking gossip. I interupted them to ask if they had any SD card readers and they said we should and then just stared at me. So I asked where and they all pointed in the same direction and said over there. I know the expression on my face changed showing mt extreme frustration and only then, when I was about to ask, did someone say; oh let me walk with you over there and show you. They had what I needed but that customer service needs a lot of work.

Alberto was great to work with. I had some questions about the quality of microphones on headsets due to my line of work, and he suggested purchasing an actual mic. Great social skills and great interaction altogether 👏🏽
