I’ve had 1 not so great experience here trying to figure out the details on the Apple Pencil. I wasn’t searching for too many details on the item and thought I could come here instead of the Apple Store, so when I told an employee my pencil died and I didn’t know how long they lasted or what happened since I charged it regularly I didn’t expect the response I got. The employee told me to try the Apple Store and walked off… I was confused because I didn’t think I was coming across as rude or trying to waste his time. I guess he noticed that I was stumped and just grabbed another one to buy and he came back and apologized and then helped me some more. Aside from that, employees are generally willing to assist you and answer questions about various products.

I went in to buy a product, wanted 3 but one location only had one, the rep said he would check another store, found 2 more, and they put them away for me. When I arrived, the rep from that 2nd store had them ready. Customer service at its finest, courteous, perfect!
Dynamic pricing?!
Prices at the shelf might be higher than online. (A customer is at the actual store and the store chain charges them more in order to extract more profit)
If so this should be made illegal at the best and exposed in any case.
I will change my review score if this can be disproved.
