You would be lucky if any of the employees actually know anything about what you're looking for. They are never out on the floor assisting anyone or asking if anyone needs help. The Geek squad will stare you right in the face and not acknowledge you what so ever. They just turn away and go back and hide in that square gray room behind the desk. Then after 20 minutes of standing in line, with or without a scheduled time, they actually ask you what you want but have an attitude, like the Asian guy working around 2pm on Wednesday. All the employees including register will leave you standing in line waiting instead of calling you up next. You are left to roam around trying to find an employee who will actually help you. Do not buy anything that you know you may have to return because they will take that as an opportunity to tell you they can't help you and say you will need to contact the manufacturer.
Buying a tv from this place was very inconvenient, when the tv was first brought home it was broken with glass cracks, so we had to make a second trip. The information on the system was not registered correctly and could not find our recent purchase. Then the personnel were stating the reason why it was cracked because of the way transportation and recommended a delivery which could take days. We decided to open tv at the store.No cracks this time and was safely transported home.

1 star but doesn't deserve NO stars why took my 80yr neighbor there to get 2 antennas, getting antennas was quick but getting out took longer then we thought his legs was getting tired of standing and no chairs to sit for him almost walked out like the man in front of us
