This store has the best and most professional customer service I've ever encountered. Every person listened and followed up. I won't go into too many details. I had asked a complicated question at the service desk. The representative advised he would find someone to help and shortly after, the manager Craig, came to help me. He communicated thoroughly to the department I was then referred to. They had a complete understanding of the issue by the time I walked over. They scheduled an appointment to have it resolved as a part needed to be ordered. The appointment was scheduled to suit my convenience. This really was a BEST BUY of my new car stereo.
Not great had to walk around everywhere to get help. There off limits area was wide open no one around which bugged me but not my place so cant say much about it

Bought a new TurtleBeach headset for my PS5.
Seems like the lack employees had to wait over 20 minutes just to get help to purchase mete glasses.
