Manager ‘Justin’ refused to honor product price shown. Even as product is priced wrong and the location is filled with that product. Best Buy used to honor this, but now they just put items in the wrong location and let you guess at the price. Best Buy rewards member and credit card holder….but they do not care about customer. May be less steamed about it if the Manager was less cocky about how he explained it was the wrong tag for the product. Go somewhere else.

I was there for 45 minutes trying to buy two tablets. Three different groups of workers were to interested in looking at Instagram than helping out customers. The guy at the door asked if I needed help. I explained my frustration. He spoke on his headphones for someone to help out while he's looking at them on security monitor & they didn't move. I walked out. This will be my last time coming to this store.
