The store was a little smaller than expected. I called in advance to see if they had a specific item in stock. However, you are not directly connected to the store when you call; instead, it's an AI answering service that gives you the same information found online.
Additionally, on a side note, the ladies' restroom lacks simple/basic expectations. The stalls are extremely small. The door swings into the stall very close to the toilet, leaving the user pressed against the toilet to close the door.

I hate having to shop online, but the level of customer service I see in general is like they want me to hold their beer. Amazon shouldn't be an option if your pro worker, but jhc on pogo stick at least act like something matters to you. I watch people on the clock, just watching their phone next to their supervisor who is also on their phone. I hate Amazon but I'm not going back to that bestbuy
