ordered a brand new ps portal for pickup,went in got it get home and see that the box has been opened,removed the portal from the box to see that it's missing the startup sticker on the screen along with dirt in the grooves.theres also sticker residue on the main box for what looked like a open box sticker,so it seems instead of giving me the new portal I paid 216 for they screw it give him a open box just take the sticker off.
bestbuy has some of the stupidest employees

It is widely acknowledged that Best Buy is a leading retailer of consumer electronics.
Bought a new watch, band broke. And they wont replace my band without using my warranty which is another $60. Should of gone straight to Samsung instead of Best Buy.
