Customer service has gone down the drain and I will purchase appliances elsewhere. I purchased a 4 year protection plan but started having issues a year in. The problem has not been fixed and I’m going in 2 years in. There is no communication, you can’t call anyone, the tech flat out blamed my issue on pets & said he would need to start charging $100 a visit but when I pressed the issue he realized the dryer really wasn’t working correctly, then I questioned the washer pump and he said his machine says it was fine and to run a load. Water was all over my floor and he realized the hoses were cracked. They rescheduled my appt numerous times without contacting me. Told me parts were order but weren’t and I’m still without a wash/dryer. No compensation for my time or having to go to the laundry mat. What is the point of buying a protection plan. I’ve asked for a manager but can’t get one. Everything is 3rd party.
