Worst mobile customer service didn’t give menu for anything just an AI girl asking me what I’m looking for over and over as if she’s broken.
Enough of AI.
Horrible Geek Squad service. They have a line/sign for reservations that they do not recognize. I had an appointment and I still had to wait in the regular line after waiting in the reservation line for 20 mins. Come on Best Buy, work on your customer service, signage, Geek Squad reservation system, etc.
