How do I check product availability at the Plano Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Plano Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Horrible service. Had to order an item as it was not in stock at the store. I paid extra for express shipping and was promised it would arrive by Monday. Now it won't be delivered until Thursday. I will be returning the item once it arrives and will purchase elsewhere. Won't be spending another dime at Best Buy.
Update: I see Best Buy customer service responded with their canned response. I don't have social media and there is nothing you can do at this point. Once it arrives, I will be returning it.
Update 1/4/25: Returned the item to the local store for a refund and they didn't refund my shipping charge. Done with this company. Go to Micro Center instead.
