Staff was very friendly but the store lacks quite a bit of product variety. It is a smaller store, which isn't their fault, but I went there get earbuds and was unable to get any from major brands that were less than $150. I had to return ones that I bought, and the staff at the return desk were amazing. They were friendly and professional. I was looking at the E-readers later on and had a staff member come over to me, but after realizing I wasn't planning on buying one today you could tell he quickly wanted to move onto another person that was going to purchase something and ended the conversation abruptly and unnaturally. Other than that it was a good experience.

Don’t bother spending the $8 installation fee for a screen protector. I decided to pay the fee bc installing a protector is rather annoying but I wish I did the process myself. No one on the “greek squad” had the “expertise” to install a screen protector so they call someone else random over to do it. Nice guy. But goodness read the instructions? Zagg makes it so easy to place it right the first time if you follow the instructions. But he decided to free style and use a squeegee. Kept lifting up the screen protector over and over and now I have finger prints INSIDE of the protector and a bunch of dust particles. The protector isn’t cheap either. And he took as twice as long. Never doing that again. I was so infuriating to watch.

Great customer service. Tall young man with a deep voice. He had my exchange co.pleted quickly and confidently. Several people asked me if I needed help. Great location!
