How do I check product availability at the Plano Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Plano Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. I could go up to employees but in sales work you should be approaching guests to ask if they need help. Employees standing around talking to each other waiting to be approached. I could but I could also get my questions answered online. So I’m now leaving and purchasing online. You gotta earn your sales and you lost Mine

Best Buy in Plano technician mounted a touch screen radio in my Honda accord they broke the glove department they did replace that very t they also blew the main real fuzed causing the car not to crank .they had me tow the vehicle to the Frisco area where they couldn’t fix the problem I finally towed the car to the Honda dealer ship where they fix the main fuses blown from faulty wire of the radio .beat buy Gus M is very disrespectful and trying to put it out on the previous owner of the vehicles going back years ago ask have we ever charged the fuses out for them to be good fuses very rude and my next step if they don’t compensate for the money spent for the problem they caused will be small claim courts more reviews and social media exposure for bad buisness.To be continued Texas practice and remedies code 16.003 and 101.021 if they take care this issue I will remote this review and not go foward with my claim that’s Gis M / Manager having me prepare for I’m sure it will be a smooth case with all accurate paperwork.
