How do I check product availability at the Plano Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Plano Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I purchased an oura ring on 12/13/24 and it was to arrive at my home on 12/17. I spent a considerable about of time trying to get thru to customer service and could not - wait was over an hour. I tried TO called the store and could not get thru to anyone. I then contacted my credit card company. Best Buy responded to my credit card company on 1/11/25 and shipped me another ring. I had already purchased one from someone else so had to spend my time returning it to Best Buy. i STOPPED shopping at Best Buy years ago because of their terrible customer service. I am so sorry I gave them another try. BEST BUY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY BUSINESS I KNOW!
