I ordered a lens online, but by mistake, the shipping address was in a different state. I went to the store to get help, and the Indian salesman there canceled my order, claiming the item wasn’t available in any store and had to be ordered through him. But that wasn’t true — I checked with several other stores and they had it in stock. He clearly did this just to get commission.
He could’ve simply changed the pickup location for me instead of canceling the order. I was using my Best Buy credit card specifically to take advantage of the 24-month financing offer, and now that opportunity is gone. On top of that, my credit won’t be refunded for 10 days. This salesman caused a major delay in my work and cost me a penalty for missing a scheduled job.
Best Buy needs to focus on customer service — not just on pushing sales through specific employees.

The late night pre-order pickup for the Switch 2 went off without a hitch. Great communication from staff, timely service, very polite staff as well.
