I went to Best Buy in Plano to purchase a laptop. Jessica was veey kind and professional while helping me. Michael came to assist and helped me more than words may express. He was very knowledgeable about the type of laptops as well as their strengths and weaknesses. If Michael had not come to help, I would have purchased a laptop that would not have been best suited for my needs. Because of Jessica and Michaels help I confident I purchased the best product to achieve my goals. I am grateful for the service and assistance I received on today! 10/10 experience.
