Horrible service. Had to order an item as it was not in stock at the store. I paid extra for express shipping and was promised it would arrive by Monday. Now it won't be delivered until Thursday. I will be returning the item once it arrives and will purchase elsewhere. Won't be spending another dime at Best Buy. Update: I see Best Buy customer service responded with their canned response. I don't have social media and there is nothing you can do at this point. Once it arrives, I will be returning it. Update 1/4/25: Returned the item to the local store for a refund and they didn't refund my shipping charge. Done with this company. Go to Micro Center instead.
