Customer service at Best Buy is terrible. I took me five phone calls to get a human to speak to. I stated my washer was installed with water lines incorrectly connected. This was done two months ago. My LG washer sent me a text saying there was a problem with the water lines. Since I am unable to move the washing machine out to switch the lines I called Best Buy. Their AI connected me to LG which then directed me to Best Buy who installed the washer. I finally called the store and again was connected to AI who finally connected me to a very nice agent who then connected me to another agent. The agent Jose said that since it was within 90 days the company would escalate quickly. Stated it would be 24 -m 48 hours for someone to call and arrange an appointment. Not 10 minutes later, someone from corporate Best Buy stated that it was outside the window per company policy. I explained that Jose said that I was within the window. She stated “I don’t know who Jose is, but that’s the company policy”. End of discussion. I have purchased three TV, washer, dryer, and refrigerator this year. A little customer service goes a long way. Needless to say I will think twice before buying from Best Buy.
