I was surprised when I went to Best Buy. I haven't been there in a while. They have done a store remodel. It was more open and inviting. There was a staff member at the front, and she was very helpful.

NIGHTMARE. The hey confirms correct mailing address and when called UPS they told me shipper gave the Plano address instead of Richardson so called Best Buy to call ups to mail to Richardson.
