Bought an HP printer and cartridges. Set it up and it worked fine. Returned from a trip and it won’t print in color. No support from HP. Went to the Best Buy store with printer and receipt. Discovered that the unit we bought was evidently in the wrong box (different model). Our printer doesn’t match the receipt information. Manager in the store said he couldn’t help and said that he would give me a number to customer service that could help me. First call - 30 minutes and got hung up on. Second call 25 minutes— I told him previous call was hung up. He promised to call me back if disconnected. Got hung up on- no call back. Third call- asked for supervisor…hung up on. Fourth call - representative (supervisor)said they were “online customer service” and couldn’t help with “in store” purchases. I asked for the phone number to corporate and was given a new number to call that looped back to the same automated message with NO HELP. I tried looking up corporate address to send a letter to…can’t even find a resource to complain to. Best Buy and HP will get no more business from us.

None of the employees at this Best Buy actually work at Best Buy. They never know anything and don't bother trying to help. The customer service is pathetic and just shows that this is now just a showroom for people who are going to buy from Amazon anyway. At least that way you don't have to beg them to talk to you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me upon entering the store and told me the direction to go in the store for the item I was looking for..
