Ivana , in the computer department , was very helpful as well as sensitive to our computer needs. She was not at all forceful or intrusive in her assistance in our purchase . She answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond what we asked for. When we requested, She showed us open box options and she personally went and asked the geek squad our questions about both of our computer choices. We did end up purchasing the upgraded laptop and feel that we made the best decision.
Good location. Front desk person was a very busy on her phone. No greeting. No offers of help. Didn’t have what I was looking for. Went to Beaumont location.
Don’t get the protection plan with Best Buy you are only covered for up to 2 years and have to pay for you the extended warranty on your product! Since an employee told me we didn’t have to purchase no extended warranty once they expired !!!!Waist of money I paid $192 for the past 2-3 years thinking everything
Would stay protected as long as you pay the yearly plan . Employees need to be more educated and this protection plan and not just push it on there customers !
