Everyone in the store works hard to help out every customer so they can check out and pickup their items as quickly as they could. Especially Landon who is working essentially, he addresses me at the second I stepped in and managed all my inquiries in the best time manner. I could have to spend an extra hour without his help. He also helps out other staffs whenever he is available so no one there is waiting for more than 3 minutes, such a great employee. Thank you so much and I am happy to have you in the store. Very impressive!
I went into best buy this morning to upgrade a part in my pc, i was asking the guy mateo that worked in that section which one would be the best ssd to use but he was very dismissive and acted like he didn’t want to help me out, he tried to sign me up for a credit card without my knowledge, after asking personal questions about me i declined the offer to sign up. i figured out on my own which ssd to buy but it didn’t work, i went back later on to exchange it but he made me pay for another ssd without doing proper procedure. thankfully i went to customer service and a nice lady named cc was able to help me out better. idk what type of day mateo was having but he shouldn't take it out on customers.
We were directed there by my son’s iPhone for a repair and they couldn’t help us. Not their fault. The reps at the Geek Squad desk were super nice and explained everything well.
