How do I check product availability at the Grand Parkway Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Drove 20 miles to buy TV today. It was an open box and on Best Buy website it stated it was located at the store. I get there and ask two Best Buy employees if the tv was there and they couldn’t locate it and both stated the tv may be at the outlet. There is too much technology to not understand if an item is at your store or not. I hope inaccuracies are not being use as a ploy to get customers in the store and hope we’ll just buy something else. The only thing that will probably happen is a comment “thank you for your feedback….”
Update: today 3/24/25
The customer support on IG was not helpful. Essentially telling me to purchase the TV online before I come to the store is not a helpful answer or solution. Find the TV! and offer something for the inconvenience. What if I want to pay cash. The tv was listed to be at your store, in stock yesterday and is currently listed to be in stock today at your store today for pick up. This is unfortunate.
