Great store with a friendly staff.
I waited in Electronics for almost 15 minutes for staff to show up - only to find out you don't keep that item in stock. While l was there, l ordered the item and gave my correct address TWICE to the people that took my order.
My package never got here ! Best Buy sent my package to an old address, more than an hour drive away !
I'm really disappointed with Best Buy - a previous purchase of a laptop became a nightmare, it failed a month after purchase, took it and had it repaired (my expense) and two months later the mother board failed and I'll never buy another thing from Samsung or Best Buy !
Everyone in the store works hard to help out every customer so they can check out and pickup their items as quickly as they could. Especially Landon who is working essentially, he addresses me at the second I stepped in and managed all my inquiries in the best time manner. I could have to spend an extra hour without his help. He also helps out other staffs whenever he is available so no one there is waiting for more than 3 minutes, such a great employee. Thank you so much and I am happy to have you in the store. Very impressive!
