Check your open box stuff! I know someone who bought two items. One open box and one not. He got home and the open box was empty. He took it back to the store and they basically said "oh well" and accused him of emptying the box.
Bought a couple of open items. One was a JBL speaker and the other was a Sony Creator kit($100). The Best Buy employee handed both of them to me together stacked on top of each other. I took both open items home only to find the content creator kit was only an empty box and didn’t notice because I was holding both items together. Went back an hour later and they denied my return. The manager was looking me up and down trying to profile if I was telling the truth or not. All he said is that corporate is going to investigate. Pretty sure he is racist. Definitely gives that vibe. I’ll never shop at at this crooked Best Buy ever again.

I'm writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Izzie and Manager Preston during a recent visit. We stayed after closing time (9pm), and I realized I had forgotten my driver's license, preventing our transaction.
Despite the late hour, Izzie patiently stayed with us for half an hour, offering remarkable bilingual assistance. Preston also demonstrated incredible understanding and a welcoming demeanor.
Their combined dedication transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. Izzie and Preston truly went above and beyond, and we are grateful for their outstanding professionalism and kindness.
Went in to the store to purchase (2) Sonos Ports. They couldn’t find the ones that showed in stock so they ordered (2) units to be shipped to my house the next day. When I got home I see the confirmation email which shows someone else’s address in a different town. I call and they say in order to cancel, we need to place a new order and the “care department” would cancel it. So I paid for 2 more. I asked the care department to stay on the line while I waited for the confirmation email of the cancellation / refund. HE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and the next guy put me on hold and left me there. Finally on the 3rd call, Irene gave me the shipper’s info and I have to try to get the package re-routed. I’m 10 minutes on hold with them right now.
