Staff was very helpful geek squad was very helpful but y'all need to get your stock numbers correct in your system I had to go all the way to Dallas to get a PC because y'all showed it was in stock and it wasn't. Get that fixed and you would have had 5 stars. Also the call center is complete idiots and have no earthly clue what customer service is. Also they need to speak English when I click 1 for English. They were the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a call center.

Short notice need to replace my mesh wifi due to a recent storm blowing out my existing wifi router. Best Buy had the same model in stock so I could get my whole house reconnected within a few hours.

Not enough costumer service people on the floor leading to long waits. Additionally, staff weren’t well versed/trained on some of the computers.
