Not enough costumer service people on the floor leading to long waits. Additionally, staff weren’t well versed/trained on some of the computers.

Recently purchased a screen protector and I was kind of stunned at the fact that I purchased the screen protector and paid to have it installed and the man behind the counter went out of his way to take it to one of the geek squad agents that was in the middle of helping someone. If I was a manager and saw something like that happen I would fire the person running the register with no hesitation. It is honestly kind of embarrassing that a grown adult who is paid by the hour is not willing to learn how to do something that takes 5 minutes. The geek squad agent did the screen protector and it looked perfect I did not catch his name but he was wearing a gray jacket and had white shoes on. The person running the register was named Nick and the fact that he is employed at this store shows to me how low Best Buy’s standards are for their employees.
