Huge shout out to Manny!! He helped me find a tv today and pointed out that I had rewards points I could use toward my purchase. The TV is a gift, for a nephew, and, thanks to Manny's searching their inventory and pointing out the rewards points I had, I was able to buy a much larger TV for the gift. Thank you, Manny, for your time and diligence!!

Thanks to the two young Best Buy female employees who took the time (a lot of it!) to re-set my cell phone after an overly aggressive 3rd party AT+T sells person (they don’t work for BB) sold me a new phone I didn’t want/need. After reviewing we tried to return the product to ATT store but had to return it to point of sell-BB! Of course the ATT salesman at BB was nowhere to be found…Fortunately these 2 young women, BB employees, assisted us in returning the unneeded phones and resetting our older ones. Thank you, girls. Shame on you BB—predatory 3rd party sales on your floor will cost you business.

Sweyse or suesie at customer service refused me and my wife our gift card for my mac book we were exchanging. After talking over us for about 25 minutes and claiming we were trying to buy something off market place to other customers. Edith came over and helped us out in less than 5 minutes. She gets 5 stars. She turned a horrible experience into a pleasant one. She deserves a raise.
