Alexis was really helpful with me! I had ordered a open box item marked as "Excellent" condition and went in to pick it up. Upon receiving it we come to find out it's missing the most important thing about it: the charger. Alexis was called up to the pick up area and we had a very respectful and friendly conversation about any solution that would resolve this issue. She took care of me and left me with a great impression. Best Buy offers the most up-to-date and innovative electronics. If an item is not available at a specific store, they can conduct an online search to determine if other stores may have it in stock. Therefore, I highly recommend shopping at Best Buy.
