Manager can't be bothered. Tried to return/exchange under warranty but it was outside the 14day window. It was less than 30days but only I used the power washer once than went to use again last night and it was kaput. Manager couldn't be bothered to even speak with me and associate couldn't get past the computer screen. Couldn't provide contact info for warranty work, told me to Google??? Should have bought thru AMAZON.

They are always helpful and quick, I never feel pressured by sales. It feels like the associates are actually trying to help instead of pushing something more expensive.
