Came in to purchase a birthday gift ring doorbell as well as ring, floodlight and digital front door pad for $1136 I verified three times they would come in and do install on Tuesday waited 3/4 of the day on Tuesday called to check in spent a half an hour wasting my time with AI. Finally got a hold of call center in the Philippines broken English not able to accomplish anything. Let me know. My appointment has been rescheduled to July 1 without notifying me, I took off work and moved my schedule around to be available all day on Tuesday. Lost a day of pay. So I just returned all items. Asked to speak to the manager I was told I could wait again I just walked out I lost enough time. I’m sure Best Buy won’t be in business much longer. Lack of customer service is disgusting I will never step foot in a Best Buy I received a response by owner instead of sending me a generic response of one of your social media outlets. How about maybe real Customer Service service and call me again this is why Best Buy will not be in business for long lol
