Gus the manager just lost me as a customer to Best Buy forever. We just bought a 100” television with surround sound and wall mounts. The original wall mount I bought off of their website didn’t meet their claim of fitting my 100”. When I went to return it, I was told that it was past 14 days. I wasn’t able to install the tv the day I got the wall mount and therefore couldn’t see that I wouldn’t work. I then went and bought a 2nd wall mount in store 2 weeks ago because the original didn’t fit and he could see the documentation from my receipts that I did so. This is why retail and Best Buy is losing. Amazon from now on I guess…
