Ordered a Samsung NEW TV with Installation. Almost $2000 Order with sound bar and they can't come and install in time.
First Appointment they forgot to send the mount that goes with it,
Second Appointment they sent one person to install and was three people job,
Rescheduled another install.
They wasted over 8-10 hours of my time.
I have ordered tv install past with Samsung and it was great.
Best buy service is bad, Customer service wait time is for 30 minutes, and they keep blaming store and installation people. No one has even apologized yet once.

All ppl were very kind and helpful. I was able to make my purchase well and efficiently. Got a better price than Amazon on a tv.
