Found the flash drive and phone cable, I needed.
This was by far the worst and the only experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy. I had a dashcam installed in my car by two technicians who claimed to have 20 years of experience — but their work showed a complete lack of basic knowledge and professionalism.
Their installation severely damaged my car’s wiring and completely ruined the fuse system. As a result, my charging ports no longer work and the battery is dead. It’s shocking that anyone with even minimal technical understanding could make such a mess.
This was careless and incompetent work that has cost me heavily. I will be filing a formal customer complaint and escalating this issue directly to top executives to ensure accountability.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this store and its technicians. Also, the store managers are always busy apparently to deal with someone busy and have no time for customers. What is the point of being manager then?
