My experience with Best Buy Round Rock was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was initially told that my return/refund would be completed within two months. However, after one month, my request was not accepted. This kind of misinformation is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I wasted my time and was given inconsistent information throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

Today it was a deception! I have been a customer for more than 15 years since I lived in Illinois, and today I was told that I don’t have a credit card though I am paying for a tablet! End of story? Customer service asked me to apply for a credit card! I declined the offer and the product! No need more credit than I have!
