We were getting a laptop and after an hour browsing, we had one person approaching us and was so knowledgeable. However she left and the sales person named Evelyn, was rude and only cares about being on her phone while we were paying. We ran into issue with our card and she didnt offer help to sort it and kept being on her phone, browsing and texting. If you are into your phone, please don't bother being in customer service. This leaves a sour experience for us. I'd rather buy online and the reason we go to stores is mainly to be treated with respect.

I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service I received from Claudia during my pickup today. Very dismissive and unhelpful. She handed me my order in a huge bag and didn’t bother telling me which items out of the seven items on my list were the items she was giving me. So I sat there and had to check the items off of my list in front of her while she was browsing her cell phone as I was checking things off the list and talking to her. Claudia was on her cell phone as I was trying to reconcile the order with her. I wish she would have at the very least looked up from her cell phone and addressed the questions I had. She eventually did after I asked her a second time if it was three items or more that she handed me. This has never been my experience at this location and I have been a customer at this location for several years. Everyone has always been so helpful and today there were zero lines so there was no reason to go the extra mile and tell me which items on my list she was handing me. Please place her in customer service training. I do believe she has potential and maybe this was just an off-day for her. We all have them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Why be their when you obviously don't. Why put a price for 79.99 and at the register have it has 90+ dollars. When I tell you that, can't you and check it out. But no you don't care. I hope karma find you in an ally and hurts you
