Stopped by to find a laptop for my son’s school, and Leslie was a huge help. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain the different laptops without making us feel rushed. With anything aside from a simple transaction, these guys are a joke. I went to three different stores, and every one of them gave erroneous answers and poor customer service. One in the Austin Arboretum area, one in Round Rock and one in Georgetown were all terrible. I was trying to buy an Open Box product advertised online. In one case a staff member tried to sell me a laptop that he said had a backlit display. When I asked him how to turn on the back lighting, he decided that it didn't have it. Walk out. In RR, an attendant said they didn't have any Open Box items, though I saw one online. So I bought a new item. When I went home, I found the Open Box item online, bought it and returned the new item. When they gave me the Open Box all-in-one computer, it was a white screen with black keyboard and mouse, so I returned it without leaving the store. In Georgetown, where I ordered the next Open Box buy that was supposed to be in Good condition, they put the unit in a huge box. I opened the store in the box and found the computer screen and NO KEYBOARD OR MOUSE AT ALL! The manager finally found a keyboard and mouse that they had been using in their back office to give to me. Huge waste of time! My recommendation is to never step foot in one of their stores again. And if you do, make sure you don't believe what they tell you without proof, and don't walk out of the store without doing a careful inventory to make sure you received what you paid for. On the positive side, they did actually return my money when I returned their products. That's why I gave them one star instead of zero. Well, that and they don't let you give them zero.
