Most wonderful experience with the two ladies in the PC department! We came in not knowing what to expect with computers nowadays, and we received the best service from both of them. Evelyn answered all of the questions my husband and I had, and Leslie was right there helping as well. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They definitely deserve five stars! We will be coming back to this location and look forward to seeing them again. Thank you Evelyn and Leslie
BestBuy just makes it tough to do any business with them when they have such bad service. Good luck getting a human on the phone when you call this store.
