I purchased a used Iphone12 pro, and was assured it worked and had been checked by geek squad. It didnt and it wasnt. Thesalesman assured my of a 90 day warranty. I took it back immediately, geek ran a diagnostic had 2 defevtd which renfered it useless. It had never bedm chevked out before they sold it to me. Then they refused to honor their promise, would not return my money or replace it. They gave me a number of third party warranty co. Then the real run around started
I have to send it to Fla, at my expence,and if they find any thing wrong according to their rules, they will send it back If I pay the freight. or thtow it away and I lose everything. How has BB stayed on business so long. A crooked outfit!! Dont buy from these crooks!!!!!
