My experience with Best Buy RoundRock was very disappointing. Both before and after-sales service were poor. I purchased an HP laptop and was given incorrect information about the return/refund process. On 03/20/2026, the front desk staff was also very rude and unhelpful.
Overall, the service felt unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this location.

My experience with Best Buy Round Rock was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was initially told that my return/refund would be completed within two months. However, after one month, my request was not accepted. This kind of misinformation is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I wasted my time and was given inconsistent information throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.
