Best Buy Round Rock

Waited in front of the store for over 5 hours for a pro controller for the midnight release. No communication about stock until 45 minutes before opening, where I was told that I waited for absolutely nothing, and my time was wasted. The line was already huge when I got there, yet they seemingly couldn't be bothered to keep track of that whatsoever for hours. Outside this, it is a good location for tech, but don't count on getting anything hard to get ahold of. I sure won't be.

This location really botched a midnight release tonight. Those of us who pre ordered the OoT remake were not allowed to be given posters with our pre orders because they were for "console purchases only" well that's not what was advertised on the website nor the emails we received about the midnight release. If that's the case then there was some extreme false advertisement at this location and it definitely was not fair for those of us in the massive line who had pre ordered in advance. Per best buy guidelines a pre order is still a purchase once the item is available for purchase. If y'all were just going to screw over those who pre ordered then it should have been stated on everything and we could have saved time from standing in lines. An entire day of waiting in line in hopes of getting a poster for a lot of people was ruined. And it's crazy it was just this location. Other best buys gave the posters to all who were at the midnight release until supplies ran out. Highly unfair and uncool. Oh and here is that advertisement just in case the staff here didn't want to believe this considering multiple of us stated that advertised it doesn't say for console purchases only. It says one per transaction which a pre order is...we paid for it and it got sold to us that night when available for sale.

I sent my girl yesterday to look at the Samsung washer and drier set. She said she waited around the washer and driers for 30 min.s, and no one came to ask her, of answer any questions she had about the items. So she left, not to mention that I gave her $1800.00 to cover the cost or purchases , but no one was will to help, so she left and will be buying them some where else..

I jsut left this store. Went in looking around for a new monitor for my computer, found an open box one I wanted. I selected it off the shelf and csrried it up to the front counter and asked them to hold it for me, I wanted to go look around some more but was going to purchase it. Well, when I went back up there they had sold it! They had the nerve to say "because it wasnt on my person" they 'couldn't' do anything. So you mean to tell me someone bringing it up asking you to hold it for them while they looked around some more wasnt sufficient? When it was a large (and expensive) item. So any large items are just up for grabs if i take them to the front to hold while I look around more?
