I contacted them to get a radio installed in my grandson‘s truck. Over a two hour. On the phone I spoke to five different people and got four different estimates. Every time they connect it to someone else the estimate got higher by a few hundred dollars. The estimate started out at around $550 and by the time I was done talking to the last person, it was almost $1000. I asked to speak to a manager a supervisor and told I was gonna get a call back within a few hours and here. We are over 24 hours later. I’m yet to hear from someone.

Most wonderful experience with the two ladies in the PC department! We came in not knowing what to expect with computers nowadays, and we received the best service from both of them. Evelyn answered all of the questions my husband and I had, and Leslie was right there helping as well. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
