It's your standard Best Buy. Parking is plentiful. Easiest access is from I-35 service road.

I bought a kindle, they said it was this store. I came here and they said it would be 5 or 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I asked again and they said it was going to be 5 or 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I walked to the back and asked someone for help. After an hour waiting someone finally told me they sold my purchase to someone else and didn't have it. They did give me a full refund, so thanks, I guess.
Never going back to a best buy.

Let me start by saying my usual Best Buy is the Lakeline location, but I just happened to be near this store and stopped in to ask about a missing item from an online purchase. I can confidently say this is now my new go-to location because the service was beyond superb.
Not only was my issue resolved in record time, but what could have been a stressful situation was made completely stress free. I was honestly shocked. I have never had such a flawless, effortless interaction at any establishment before. It was so exceptional that there was no way I was not leaving a review.
Huge round of applause for the floor manager, Wesley G. He was truly chef’s kiss and deserves five stars across the board. A big shoutout as well to Israel, the floor associate who jumped in without hesitation and got everything handled quickly and efficiently.
I am officially a fan of this store and will gladly go out of my way to shop here moving forward. Great service is hard to come by these days, and they did not just meet expectations, they exceeded them.
Those guys deserve raises immediately. Thank you for restoring my faith in Best Buy.
