No one in geek squad will answer their phone. I had to go through the corporate geek squad l inne just to get the phone at this store to ring and then just said hello? And hung up
The phone system is also terrible.
If you say "complaint as your reason for calling, they just hang up on you

Came here for speakers, was able to find them and was in and out nice and quick. Had to return something and that went smoothly as well
I had to return a TV that I bought for my first wife who didn't want it due to her pride. She can do it on her own. She didn't need my stinking help lol. Her loss and of course Best buy's lost. But the young man that helped me was very courteous and knowledgeable and he took very good care of me and allowed me to return a TV that I bought online. Thank you. Best buy. I pulled up right at 9 PM (closing time), and the manager, Wesley, let me inside to pick up my items. I was assisted by Ashley and Sebastian at the pickup counter—very professional and super friendly staff. I’m impressed. Best Buy rocks!
