Came in looking to purchase an Apple Pencil Pro and an iPad cover, expecting to browse a bit and explore other deals. As soon as I got to the Apple section, an employee quickly approached me, asked what I was looking for, grabbed the items, and walked me straight to the front. I wasn’t even done looking! I wanted to check out clearance items and see what was on sale, but I felt rushed.
After deciding to go back to the sales floor and actually try the Apple Pencil Pro, I realized it wasn’t worth the money—so I’m glad I took the time to reconsider. However, the experience was made even more uncomfortable by LP following me around, which only solidified my decision not to purchase from this store. I understand security is important, but the way it was handled made me feel unwelcome. If I shop here again, I’ll be more cautious about my expectations.

Just bought a TV at this Best Buy and had the best customer service from what we believe is a manager (we didn’t get his name) but he was so helpful and kind to my boyfriend and I. Will definitely come back to this location for future purchases :)
Best Buy recycles your old/ broken paper shredders and other small appliances for free.
Better for the environment than throwing them into trash and making the landfill worse..

This best buy is a scam, they attempted to steal 450$ from me. Worst customer service ever, and I hope to get in contact with the main manager of the store.
