The worst experience I have had in United States. I needed a laptop, so I went to the store, known for bein the best place to buy eletronics in America, what a joke!!!! I bought the laptop, and received a great service in the store. But the logistics, is really terrible. The man that was "trying" to deliver, Akinwale is the driver name from Roady (UPS company), told that he was coming to my building, and one minute later, I received a message from app informing that he LEFT the place. I believe that he wasn't there, never come in the correct place, just probably decieved, cheat the system, for sure. So, I had a job to finish and can't did it, and now, Who is pay for my lost?? I am very angry and never, never will buy in Best Buy again. Never! And I didn't even RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK!!!! Best Buy stole me!!!

I was clear in the make/model laptop I have when I went in to buy a charger. They gave me a universal charger. I should have checked myself. The charger was not so 'universal'. So I had to drive back down there, taking the laptop with me this time, and the guy at the door then directed me to a USB-C charger for the laptop. Worked perfectly, wish it didn't take 2 trips.
New smart watch purchase, personal help transferring information from older watch to new watch.
I signed up for an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced. That morning I dialed the phone number for the store and said I would like to make sure the battery was in stock, so I would not waste a trip. I believe it was answered by a call center on another country a they said I would have to go into the store at my appointment time to see if Best Buy had the battery. Well, guess what?!!!! They didn’t have the battery and I wasted an hour with this! Just go to Apple for iPhone service. I won’t buy anything from their stores over this!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give them a “0” if I could. They have lost a customer!!!!
