The store decided to have a single queue for both purchasing AND returning products... with only 2 cashiers working on cyber Monday! I wanted to buy one item and had to stay in the queue for 45 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I asked the cashier why they made such an awkward choice when designing the waiting queues. She simply replied that she just worked there and it wasn't her problem. Worst quality and dumbest service ever.
For the record, the rude and unpleasant employee was a lady of around 30 years old, large round glasses, working on Dec 1 at 12:30pm
