Good selection and really knowledgeable sales associates. Prices were inline with other retailers.
Had to pay bill very helpful
Why are the geeks in the computer department considered computer geeks when they WILL NOT replace a laptop power port.. ridiculous, not even a hard task. I was willing to pay them to replace it, they wouldn't even order it.. so I did it myself. This department has gone downhill over the years. No wonder I don't shop here anymore...

The geek squad manager at best buy was the most ignorant, arrogant and rude manager I’ve ever come across in my life so I’d left a review on their website. I received a voicemail and an email left by Jordan Faith
(of their “experience management team”)
inquiring about my experience and asking me to call her back.
I called her back on 7/10 @ 11:56am then again @ 2:49pm leaving her a voicemail. I received no call back so I called again on 7/11 @ 5:49pm. Still no call back so I called again on 7/12 @ 4:16pm but no call back.
I called AGAIN ON 7/15 @ 3:51pm. No call back .
I tried again on 7/18 @ 12:22pm but again, no call back.
Lastly I called AGAIN on 8/7 @ 5:12pm and received no call back.
It’s quite apparent Jordan Faith has zero intention of wanting to hear what my experience was with one of their managers.
That best buy is a joke and so is their geek squad manager along with Jordan Faith .
Bring your business elsewhere if you can.
I will never buy a single item from that store under any circumstances ever again.
