My experience at the Best Buy in San Angelo was disappointing and honestly unprofessional. I went in for a screen protector replacement and while I was being helped, another guest at the service desk was having issues with her own replacement. During that interaction, another employee walked up and asked how long the team member helping the guest would be tied up for. The employee helping her responded with “I don’t know how long they’re going to be, I don’t know what they’re beefing about.” That comment alone was inappropriate and unprofessional to say in front of customers.
The same employee, whose name was Kim, was also helping me. I explained that I am moving out of state to an area that does not have a Best Buy nearby and asked if there was any way to continue using my screen protector coverage through another process or out of town option. Instead of trying to help or even point me in the right direction, I was simply told to “use Google.” I politely asked Kim if there was a supervisor who might know more about the standard operating procedures regarding screen protector replacements outside of areas with a Best Buy location. She responded by saying that she was the supervisor.
Unfortunately, nothing about the way Kim handled either my experience or the other guest’s experience reflected professionalism, leadership, or customer care. Thankfully I got the screen protector exchanged, but overall the interaction left a very negative impression. Corporate will be notified.

For several years I have used Bestbuy for all my electronics.
However, last week I ordered ink for my printer. Bestbuy sent me a message that it was delivered Tuesday. It still has not arrived.
I tried to contact a human at Bestbuy all I got was a disgusting frustrating robot that was no help at all.
I tried contacting progressive leasing and got a disgusting frustrating robot.
You have ruined my business with you.
Robots are taking jobs from humans who need to feed their families.
