My double oven broke so I ordered a 30” double oven from Best Buy on February 11. Scheduled install for two weeks out and they sent one person to install the oven. He eventually got the job done but a job that requires lifting a double oven into place and plugging it in should not be a single man job nor a 90 minute long affair. I found myself lucky and very grateful my cabinet wasn’t damaged. That oven broke within 2 weeks. Best Buy promised a replacement since it broke so quickly but could not schedule it until today April 7th. After sending me multiple checklists to fill out and then scheduling an appointment for me between 11:30-2:30 today, and messaging me this morning saying they’d notify me of any delays, no one came. I received a call at 2:30 saying the driver had a flat tire and were getting on the road now. They didn’t contact me when they got a flat, and it was miraculously repaired exactly in time for my appointment window to end. I paid $3k for this oven, I paid $179.99 for the delivery and installation and I’ve been without an oven for 6 of the 8 weeks since I ordered it. I won’t be using Best Buy for any delivery or installation services again.

I cather man's name, but he was an educated wizard on my mother laptop. She was ready to give up on it after two day struggling with it and he told me to bring it in. Even tho it was nearly closing time. He listen to her rant, knew what she was growling at him and magically fixed it 3 minutes. Then calmly showed her what happened and how to do what she fixed in the future if needed. That's impressive considering she tries to refuse to learn technology. So she can call my daughter to come over and do it all for her.
Thank you geek squad guy for saving her and me both. It was not looking good.
So, I used to be a big customer ages ago. Then I wasn't. Today, a manager named Jordan brought me back into being a customer. Thank you, Best Buy,, and thank you, Jordan. Great service, practical understanding, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended
