Always have what I need when it comes to electronics
If I could do no stars I would. Let me start off by the main man in the geek squad was very nice and helpful. I dropped my iPad off in November, expecting to wait a week maybe two the most. After a month I called 4 times. Nobody could tell me anything regarding the iPad, it’s where about, or how much longer the issue would take to be resolved. Finally in January I had my last straw. I talked with another company, who then notified me it should have only taken a week the most. I called one last time to get some type of update and they hung up on me after I told them I will just pick it up and take it to somebody else. Still no information was given to me, just rudeness. After walking into the store, they then stated my iPad had been ready for pick up. I all of a sudden got a notification saying my iPad was magically ready for pick up right then and there the moment I asked for it back. I will never bring any type of electronics here to be fixed. I’d rather pay $100+ somewhere else and have my item back within a timely matter than pay $50 and wait an outrageous time with no updates nor care from employees as to where my item is. Highly suggest NOT taking anything here to be fixed.
