I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy 3 years ago. The compressor went out so I went back to the store for help. They told me I had an 18 month warranty and they didn't know of any repair shop to help me. The web site says they have repair service plus my manual says there is a 5 year warranty. Don't buy from Best Buy! It's been 5 weeks in San Angelo Texas and LG still has not helped repair a LG refrigerator. Still getting the run around. Very frustrating!!!
