If there was an option for zero stars it would be clicked. After saving up for a little, especially since we have a baby on the way, my gf and I decided we would go spend a little on a new tv. Granted we knew we weee looking for a little bit of an older model which was the U7900 FF. Now after choosing the tv we wanted the gentleman helping us tried upselling a soundbar, salesman 101, cant blame him there, and my gf liked the idea so we got the $250 Samsung soundbar all for it to not come with the HDMI/eARC cable we needed. As this is the closest best buy to us it is a 45 minute drive out of the way, counting there and back. I then take my butt back to BESTBUY and mention I was upsold a soundbar that didn’t come with the cable I needed and the lady with the black shirt back there by the tvs just asked the guy next to her what cable i needed and he pointed me in a direction i could buy another one. This review isnt due to the money spent, that comes and goes! This review is for the lack of customer service when it comes to making a wrong right. One thing we don’t get back on this earth is time, and yall waisted a large portion of my day dealing with this bs😂 overall though, even with some lack of knowledge to their devices, the staff was friendly!
Bought an item that was not the correct item in the box. Likely Miss packaged after a return
