Customer service was just not there, we have visited other locations and the service at this location was just not there, though an AT&T rep made an attempt to get us help, at the end even he was unsuccessful as the employees did not want to be bother

Best Buy was ok I guess but the delivery service they have is horrible.
I was just in there this morning.As soon as they opened up to buy a power supply and ssd and the employee who I don't know how to spell the name of (ee-sigh-ee) what is absolutely helpful and made my shopping experience that much more better.He is A-1 employee and was very engaged and absolutely.Help me with what I needed so much so that I felt like.I should write a review just about awesome.He was as a employee and made my shopping experience that much more better. I hope you all see this review and get him a little bit of praise because he was awesome
Worst phone customer service ever …all automated and useless .. never connects to an actual agent …
