Bought a head phone cable here for a 2 1/2 week trip to Japan. Was reassured by the employees that it would work, if not we could return it, no problem. But, there was a problem. It didn't work. Shocker. When we tried to return it it was past the 16 day return policy (WHAT?? WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THAT) And the only way to get your money back is store credit Bryant had major attitude and so did his little customer service girls. Where has the Customer Service gone???? We haven't shopped at a Best Buy in 20+ years and now I have a GC for $8.95, yes $8.95, seriously couldn't do a return on $8.95???? Buyer beware.
The only help person was the Security Guy when you walk in.
Do Better Best Buy. No wonder people do shop here anymore.
