I love going to best buy!
It's one of the bigger Best buys with more selection of items than smaller stores
I found what I was looking for at the best price
I purchased a refurbished drone supposedly geek squad certified and I expected it to be inspected and complete. I ordered it from best buy online and when it arrived it was missing a battery and all accessories. Took it back to Best Buy and they ordered me another one . I received my drone replacement by mail and this time once again ☝️ Geek squad certified refurbished failed again ! I turned remote with the original owners personal information still programmed on it, e-mail address etc. when I turned the drone on for the first time it had a sensor error and would not even turn on! Of course it was passed the 14 days return policy but really!?!?, two failed inspections by geek squad ! NEVER buy from Best Buy geek squad certified anything!!! As a first responder for San Antonio I warn everyone DO NOT BUY from BEST BUY mgr BRYAN at NORTH STAR location was not willing to help in anyway but did say take it up with there vendor DJI ?’ I stated isn’t it Geek Squad responsible to inspect there products before reselling Bryan’s response was you need to call DJI they are the ones who inspects them‘?! Or call Best Buy customer service. When I called customer Gus’s who answers for the drone department DJI Of course. And I can go on and on !!!
