I want to give a big shout out To a very professional and helpful employee working in the computer area. His name is. Noe. I need a specific power cord for an old generation Alexa and he was very helpful. I would never have found if it wasn’t for his assistance.
Wow. I won't EVER order something online from best buy again or even step in one of their stores for that matter. I bought a small item for $189 online thru the best buy website. The next day, today, I found the item on the manufacturers website for$165. So I went to the store and asked for a price match. They said "you ordered this thru the marketplace so we cannot price match, it was ordered like if you ordered thru Amazon". I said the order now says no cancellations but it says can be returned within 15 days to best buy. He said no you have to ship back to them, not bring to us. So I said "you're telling me you act like Amazon but you offer no help on those products sold, you are nothing like Amazon. He said to try talking to the manufacturer. I am, but wanted to caution others how best buy works. The fact that you ordered thru Best buy means nothing. Please don't reply to contact you thru fb or anywhere else. I already saw your manager in person.
