I stopped in about 3 weeks ago shopping for an action camera for my upcoming vacation. A young man with awesome hair Named Brandon went above and BEYOND with customer service and was so helpful!! He was extremely informative and had extensive knowledge on all the action cameras and was able to help me choose the best camera for my personal needs based on what activities I was going to film on my vacation. I ended up purchasing the INSTA360 ACE PRO 2 action camera, and I am beyond happy with my purchase!! Brandon’s customer service is elite status and deserving of recognition and applause.
I personal would make this trip back to this Best Buy solely on the amazing experience I had here.
If anyone is considering action cameras or any other information on the cameras, find Brandon at this location!

Came here for the Pokemon drop for Pokemon Delta Reign. staff was able to keep line under control while maintaining 2 drops at the same time (Zelda/Pokemon). once store opened Cindy and Bryan were able to accommodate our request for what product each customer wanted. I appreciate y’all’s excellent customer service and will be returning to your location for future business.
