Had exactly what I needed for my Sony Surround Sound System
I was there to purchase an IMAC. While I was trying to find someone to get information on the IMAC, an AT&T representative came to ask me questions. I don’t want to be haggled by salesman. If I want to ask you (AT&T) a question I will ask, but don’t interrupt my shopping experience. So, the ATT rep said if I needed help, I said what do you know about the IMACs? He couldn’t answer so he said let me get someone for you. I waited 10 mins and nobody showed up. Now I see this ATT rep talking to some customer in the Apple product area. I stand around to ask him if he found someone to assist me. The ATT rep says no, i didn’t. But if you go over there you can ask someone with a radio for assistance. I said, You told me you were going to get me assistance. Your words not mine. I have been waiting here this whole time. So, his trainee said, I’ll get help sir. I waited another 5-10 mins and still no one showed up. Best Buy needs to do better at tending to customer service. I saw very few Best Buy reps on the floor. As for the ATT rep leader, he needs have better customers service and communication. I left the store after waiting for someone to show up. I bought an IMAC, I spent 2K at the brooks city base location. They were busy, but they made sure to let me know they didn’t forget about me. When it was my turn Best Buy Rep answered all my questions and did an outstanding job unlike the Loop 410/San Pedro location.
