Best customer service. Found the perfect work computer

Geek squad service is subpar. I have had several issues with a computer. I took in to get checked out several times and when it's completely dead now they want to send it off to get fixed. Once the techs get it at another location I have to reach out several times to find out the part that is broken is on back order with no tracking available at this time. they are even sure if the other issues even exist because they're are able to turn. On the computer I've asked several times if I can exchange the unit for another and constantly get the run around. Pretty discouraging when you pay for their best buy member services and warranty and they won't try to make things right.

Purchased a new TV. The remote was faulty. Did not discover that until the TV was mounted. Brought the remote in. Best Buy's correct response should have been, "we're sorry for the imposition. We can fix this by replacing the remote." Instead, no apology, and they said I'd have to return the TV, which meant dismounting, reboxing, and returning the original TV and then remounting and setting up.the replacement. I said no. They then told me I'd have wait around for someone who would most likely offer up another non-solution which would most likely require more of my time to correct their mistake.
Won't be going back.
