End up going to Best Buy on Sunday to return an item, later was met with the sales men from AT&T. He ended up showing us a savings of over $100 a month on our monthly cell phone bill from T-Mobile. Brandon is an exceptional sales person who is very knowledgeable at his job and we received the best customer service again at Best Buy/AT&T. 5 Stars

Best buy had the car power accessory spliter we needed
A manager (Jose, I believe) threatened my account with a red flag, accused me of tampering with the item without evidence, and walked away mid-conversation. I simply came to return a product I had purchased less than 24 hours earlier. Completely unacceptable behavior that should be reviewed by corporate, as it reflects poorly on this location.
