Wow. I won't EVER order something online from best buy again or even step in one of their stores for that matter. I bought a small item for $189 online thru the best buy website. The next day, today, I found the item on the manufacturers website for$165. So I went to the store and asked for a price match. They said "you ordered this thru the marketplace so we cannot price match, it was ordered like if you ordered thru Amazon". I said the order now says no cancellations but it says can be returned within 15 days to best buy. He said no you have to ship back to them, not bring to us. So I said "you're telling me you act like Amazon but you offer no help on those products sold, you are nothing like Amazon. He said to try talking to the manufacturer. I am, but wanted to caution others how best buy works. The fact that you ordered thru Best buy means nothing. Please don't reply to contact you thru fb or anywhere else. I already saw your manager in person.
Came here to buy Pokemon cards on Pokemon 30th anniversary (Saturday 2/28). The store manager came out to inform shoppers who have been waiting in line for 3-4 hours when cards would be available to purchase and what they had in stock. Even took out his phone to show us pics of inventory. Asked all of us if we were doing ok. Has never had a Best Buy employee do this. Sometimes, they just let you wait for hours outside only to let you know there’s no stock when they open up at 10. Once inside, they pre-packed the items neatly for each customer so checkout would go smoothly. Noticed that same manager behind the counter helping out, making sure customers got what they needed, even offering some customers single packs which many had forgotten to buy. Noticed he was kind and professional, made the experience worth the long wait. Thank you.

Through the years they've been fantastic. I bought a new desktop computer several months ago and it is perfect. Their member support with Webroot has been beyond helpful because I had a complex issue come up due to issues between some of my high end programs.
Sudeshna fixed it through remote access and I am so relieved. Thank you!
I bought a pair of soney head phones and am enjoying yhem
