Bought a stereo from Best Buy with promo of free installation. Day of installation I was told to arrive 5-10 min before the stores open to pick up stereo and components. As I get to the door. Of course it’s close cause they open at 10am . Christ one of the managers meets me at the door, as i explain as a way I’m here… very rude and impolite he said with a loud voice interumpting me at 10, at 10 we open. Got mad and starting rising my voice as ..finally he apologized to me… I was about to cancel the sale… I don’t know why they said at time of purchase topick it up before the stores open opens 5-10 min and then I get screamed AT 10am AT 10. No good..!

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I can understand going to the store expecting to get your stereo installed for free, only to find that additional parts would be needed, wouldn't be welcome. It certainly sounds like this could also have been handled better by the store manager.

I had trouble with my iPad and made an appointment. I got there early thinking to just drop it off and Miguel couldn’t have been more helpful. He said it would take about 20 minutes to reset and once it did he made sure it set up properly and was working the way I needed it to. His customer service skills are fantastic and everyone I saw in the Geek Squad Saturday morning were the same. Good job Best Buy for hiring people with excellent attitudes! Thank you Miguel!
