How do I check product availability at the North Star Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Horrible customer service even with the management!!! They gave us the wrong Camera and were charging us $300 restocking fee even though it was their fault selling the wrong camera! We are best buy members have the credit card and everything and over the past years that we were their member it was literally our first return we wanted to make, SO DISAPPOINTED

I have an appointment at 11:40-12pm this morning. I came in within the time frame to drop off because that's what is required. I was here at 11:50am exactly. I have been waiting ten minutes in section one to get the paperwork for drop off and three others who are walk-ins were taken care of. Josh is the only person to take care of me while Jon only saw walk-ins. Highly disappointed with the lack of care for appointment clients. I was not the only person waiting who had an appointment unfortunately
