I ordered a G703 Lightspeed Mouse to this (North Star, San Antonio) location by accident and I was unable to pick it up because I live in Austin. I tried cancelling on the browser and with the ai support but neither worked. The AI said I could wait until the pick up period ended so that I'd be refunded. However I suddenly got an email saying the order was picked up. I got in conversation with a live agent and they said there was nothing they could do, and I would have to visit the store in person. I believe the order was handed out incorrectly and now as a college student I'm left spending money I can't spare:(

Horrible customer service even with the management!!! They gave us the wrong Camera and were charging us $300 restocking fee even though it was their fault selling the wrong camera! We are best buy members have the credit card and everything and over the past years that we were their member it was literally our first return we wanted to make, SO DISAPPOINTED
