Just left here. Was looking for a tablet cover and screen protector for an Samsung A11. Let's just say the helper at TABLET section was rude. Asking "what's wrong with it" we had already said a tablet cover. So we asked for a screen protector and immediately "no we don't have it" my husband pointed to the one behind her. Did not ask if there was a price range. She was very unprofessional with a typical Gen Z attitude. You're there to assist anyway you can. If you're going to have a sour face and you don't like being there, you should find a different job. If this allowed me to put half I'd do that.

The older lady with bleach blond short hair and glasses was very rude when checking out. Didn’t get her name but not the kind of attitude I’d expect from a Best Buy employee
