I went in tonight and spoke with Red, with Geek squad. I am not sure if this was a manager or not (apologies) but nevertheless, the service was amazing - start to finish. I do not have to come in here often, but I have been enough to know this service exceeded expectations based on previous visits. She not only helped me, but educated me on things that would benefit me with the use of my product moving forward, and I left with my computer looking brand new, all from just a battery replacement. She was helping another person at the same time as me and still did not skip a beat with making sure everyone was seen, heard, and the focus while she was speaking directly to them. Everyday there is something to complain about, but I would like to make just as big a fuss about there being NOTHING to complain about whatsoever. This is not about Best Buy as a whole; This is about HER (or, them) Creating the environment I am sure would be high standards for Best Buy, and I do hope she is recognized for that. Thank you, Red.

The staff was great. Helpful and knowledgeable. I had a return/exchange that they made painless and straightforward.
I only gave 4 stars because a) calling the store directly is USELESS, and b) a lot of what they sell is ridiculously marked up.

Efficient and friendly service. Sales person helped me select a tv and sound bar at a good price.
