Best Buy San Antonio Outlet

This place is a great find for some pretty good discounts on open box electronics. The staff is top notch and super friendly, far better service and easy more help than any other best buy or tech store I've been to.

The hidden gem. I didn’t know much about the outlet. Quickly learned how amazing this place is. Ayham is so professional and patient, and extremely helpful. He takes the time to help you understand what you are buying and/or what is available. The General Manager, Ramon, is always willing to work with the customer and provide the right mentorship with his associates. These two gentlemen are the ones to look for when you are at the outlet!

Worse experience ever! I order a washer and was supposed to be able to pick it up 3 days after purchase, and got delayed 5 days later, and when I was suppose to pick it up that next day they couldn’t give me no answer where my washer was. They gave me the run around every time I called. Highly recommend another store!!

It's great if you are looking for a couple of computers or headphones or larger ticket electronics. I was looking for a nutribullet on the cheap, but they do not carry them. Go to the store if you are looking for higher ticket appliances for a lower price here. Smaller electronic items such as mice, keyboard or other such items you will have to get at another store.
