I went to this store and physically picked out a washer and dryer, paid in full including delivery and equipment, and was told it would arrive the next week. Two hours into my delivery window (which i stayed up late for because im a night shift worker), I get an email saying to reschedule. When I called customer service, they said my equipment was on back order. I drive across town to buy the piece, and get told my machines will be delivered in a couple days. That day arrives with another email saying to reschedule. After 3 hours on the phone, I find out the warehouse had COMPLETELY DESTROYED my machines the previous week and had not informed me, and that I would not be getting them. They told me this happens "all the time" and that there wasnt anything to be done except give me my money back (which will take up to another 2 weeks). Customer service was unsympathetic, and the warehouse is apparently unable to communicate their mistakes without wasting customer time. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Now im out money i could be using to get a washer and dryer from a company that actually cares about their customers and will deliver products according to THEIR OWN AGREEMENTS. I will never purchase so much as a cord from this awful company again, and I had planned on them supplying my gameroom tech this month too. Ill be taking my business to places that actually help their customers and dont destroy already purchased items due to incompetence. Id give negative stars, they dont deserve even this one.

Do not use this store. The 210 area code number goes to a call center in another country or state and they will not connect you to the store but they will lie to you at will. If you are far from San Antonio like me you have no choice but to drive and hope they have what it says online. This store has major inventory issues. Looked at two TVs supposedly in excellent condition. They were both garbage. Both were missing the stand, the cord and the remote but being sold as excellent condition. Found a third and it was decent but the wrong model #. If you are driving in from outside town do yourself a favor and don't, you will waste your time just like I did. They missed out on a sale worth $1000-$2000. Now I'm ordering brand new from Amazon not best buy thanks to the call center jerk who had 20 yrs experience and nothing but lies. I am done with Best Buy forever. Dear best Buy support. Did you not see my last sentence? I already ordered and received the right tv from Amazon. I actually upgraded to a 75 inch Samsung QN90F instead of the 65". That is the sale you missed. I already gave you 3 chances not wasting my time with a 4th. Btw theone of the two samsung 65QN90F are still for sale at the location missing everything and still listed as excellent as of 3/9/26. Can't wait to see who got screwed on the other one that was bought

Great price i found lg fridge 60% less than bestbuy online price for the same model. Paul is the person to help me in the store, very helpful. I’m thankful to have my new fridge for my new house
