Review is for this store and BB in general. I ordered a laptop to pick up there, and having had an issue with an open box laptop from another store, I had them allow me to boot it up to see if it would go through the Windows setup. Well, it didn't, so I canceled the order. Days later, I see the same laptop for sale again, so I called to see if it had been fixed, but the rep is in a remote location and said there's no way to check in advance the condition of an item there. Seriously? For one, their listings say that the laptops have been "Geek Squad Verified" but that clearly means nothing if a laptop won't even go through the setup. Secondly, not being able to check on an item over the phone and forcing users to do so in person is just plain mean and useless. They can keep their laptop.

Huge stock of open box appliances. I ordered online and the item was ready to pick up within minutes. Friendly employees greeted me at the front, showed me the dryer that I had ordered, wrapped it up nicely, and helped me load it up. Essentially, got a brand-new dryer for less money because it wasn't in the box and had a couple of scuffs.
