Do not use this store. The 210 area code number goes to a call center in another country or state and they will not connect you to the store but they will lie to you at will. If you are far from San Antonio like me you have no choice but to drive and hope they have what it says online. This store has major inventory issues. Looked at two TVs supposedly in excellent condition. They were both garbage. Both were missing the stand, the cord and the remote but being sold as excellent condition. Found a third and it was decent but the wrong model #. If you are driving in from outside town do yourself a favor and don't, you will waste your time just like I did. They missed out on a sale worth $1000-$2000. Now I'm ordering brand new from Amazon not best buy thanks to the call center jerk who had 20 yrs experience and nothing but lies. I am done with Best Buy forever.

Great price i found lg fridge 60% less than bestbuy online price for the same model. Paul is the person to help me in the store, very helpful. I’m thankful to have my new fridge for my new house

Terrible experience - consumers beware. Item sold as functional to only be missing critical internal components. Drove back thinking they must have the parts at the store only to be belittled and talked down to by two managers who put the blame on me for not knowing the internal parts were missing. I pointed out that by the sticker on the appliance, it clearly says in their policy that an item in “good” condition will have all functioning parts. They were beyond rude, crass and unprofessional. Unless you know everything about these appliances or how to service them yourself, steer clear of this place.

Came from the valley to check them out. Umm I guess is a luck thing🤷🏽‍♂️. I found items here at bed but outlet marked opened box at the same price as new unused items on Amazon, so that was disappointing. Pictures speak louder.
