This store is horrible if I can give them zero stars I would. The employees have bad customer service I don’t recommend it at all. Two separate occasions I went to the store but this time was it . I went to buy a tv didn’t care about resolutions since it was for a 2 years old I chose one that was super cheap and I asked James if he recommend the tv and he said well for the price it’s okay cause insignia wasn’t that good . So I asked if we can test it since it was an open box . Not knowing what’s in the box it ended up being a oled Samsung instead so he said there’s a few things and he explained that it was a wrong tv and the screen was marked . He asked if I still wanted to see it and I told him sure let’s see how much it is and if it was a good tv I would buy it . He then went to say you know what it’s gonna take me a long time and then if the tv is 5 or 600 I wasn’t going to be able to buy it because it was 300 more than the other one . You can’t tell me I can’t buy something just because he assumes I can’t afford it. Never going to this store again . I ended up going to buy a new one from an actual Best Buy store

Unfortunately thought we found an awesome deal to get to the register and the guy pull off the electronic price tag that was attached and say “hope you guys weren’t going off this price because it was on the wrong box!” Obviously we did because that was the marked priced from the store and to go back to find 2 other tvs that were marked incorrectly.finally found a TV for it to be marked excellent condition but literally missing EVERYTHING but the screen. Walked out empty handed and frustrated

I went in there just to see if they had a gopro by chance. My hobby is mountaineering and I wanted to try a gopro to record. Not only did they know what it was but they were knowledgeable and helpful finding me one that had what I needed and reviewing the item before I purchased it. Highly highly highly recommend this location. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!
