Fridge arrived promptly but delivery people damaged it with their dolly as well as at the top. The refrigerator I purchased in store with delivery was open box but only marked down for "residue". Very frustrating.

The level of customer service here is really nice. I was working with a particular gentleman Ayham who went above and beyond to make sure my tablet was set up to my liking. Especially when working with used/refurbished tech a lot like an outlet location does, this level of care goes a long way.
Dryer went out, a few years ago I purchased a out of box washer (great) good deal great $ so when my dryer died I looked up Best buy out of box and it lead me to the outlet. It was described as out of box and a dent which neither bothered me so I purchased and upon pick up realized I got a Great deal also (dent where 😉 can't even notice) and it's a digital sensor dryer. Great deal, will purchase again ✌🏾
