Me and my brother came looking for a TV for our little brothers b-day, it was after our shifts so it was pretty close to closing, but Zay was so kind and patient despite that and helped us immensely! Give Zay a raise he’s the best!

Large inventory and selection of appliances and some electronics. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good place to save a little money if you are wanting a new appliance or tv.

Horrible customer service! They can not connect you to the store that THEY are referring you too, you have to go in the store. After explaining that I live 90 miles away from the closest store and after reminding her of modern technology and the use of phone service….She actually told me that she is in India and could not connect me 🤯. All I want is the original packet of manuals and tools that come with a refrigerator. I was skeptical about buying from Best Buy, love the product but customer support just ruined me buying from them EVER again. You can tell a lot about a company on how they handle their customers. This rates 0
