It fine. The primary focus is appliances and TVs. No frills and much what you would expect.
When I made my last purchase I asked if I was able to return the item. The team member confidently said “yes! Here or any Best Buy location”.
I show up 23 days after the purchase to return this item. I’m told it’s “very out of the return policy”
I mentioned that upon purchase, I asked if I could return the item and I was told yes with no stipulations.
No help. So I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t work for me.
Best part was I had full intentions on using that $60 towards a $400 purchase today but no need to purchase that $400 item here, I can go somewhere with a better return policy that suits the customer.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Knowing your options for returning an item is important when making a purchase, just in case something doesn't work out. I understand being told you could return the item to any of our stores, but then be denied the return, wouldn't have been welcome news.
We do offer a Return & Exchange Policy (https://bby.me/09yp7d) which is mentioned on our store receipts and on in-store signage. While items purchased at one store can be returned to any other U.S. store, there is a specific time frame provided depending on the item. I'm not sure why the representative didn't mention this or may have said there were no restrictions, but I'd like to have our corporate team review this with you.

The employees were very helpful and they were even surprised that they had the repair kit I needed!
It was a big mess of things. Everything was missing key pieces and there weren’t many folks around to help.
