This place was super awesom for appliances.most of the appliances were brand new just minor dents and the prices were unbeatable. We just moved from corpus to San Antonio and end up buying washer and dryer and fridge for the price of a new fridge. Nate was the employee that helped us the most but the manager and all other employees went above and beyond. If you need a TV or appliance and don't mind an open box special for dirt cheap please go see my man Nate. They also have very easy financing for no credit or bad . I 100% recomend this place.

Absolutely disgusted that you can’t even call an employee. AI is mandatory to use if you want help, it’s horrible. How about instead of investing in AI customer support you use real humans and contribute to making the economy and society better for people.

Do not buy from Best Buy on an open box guaranteed it would work hooked it up. Does not drain now. I have to wait over a week for a technician to come out and take a look at it. tons of soap in it just by hooking it up and running it so you know this was the problem whenever it got returned Best Buy guarantees that it works apparently wasn’t tested at all. This was on a good rated item. Cannot imagine anything less than a good.
