I have had a couple of experience with geek squad and they have been positive, but many other interactions have been very poor. Today was another example. My refrigerator I purchased from best buy died last week. Since I am a Total Member, I called Best Buy for service, they could not send someone for 6 days. 6 days without the refrigerator. They texted me the day before telling me the arrival time was 11:30am to 3:30pm. I was in a meeting until 11:30am, so this was fine. They then tried to show up at 10:30am and could not get in the neighborhood. They leave before 11:30am and so then they tell me the next appointment is another 6 days out. Being a Total member means nothing. I’ll cancel that service. Best Buy has been horrible to use on most interactions.
