I normally have a lot of patience when it comes to deliveries and delivery services from different brands or owners. However Best Buy is probably one of the WORST delivery services i’ve ever experienced. We ordered a TV almost two weeks ago now in store and got it set up for delivery. Meanwhile we only live 5 minutes down the road, they said it’d have to wait until Thursday. We said okay. We wait patiently until Thursday, but then suddenly the same day they said it’d be delivered at 7 am to 11 am they changed to “rescheduled” & then after an hour “cancelled”. Gave us NO CALL, no TEXT. Nothing!!! Decided the order was cancelled and we had to call and contact like 2-3 different representatives for an answer. Eventually we were told they broke our TV delivering it… Expected. So it would have to be rescheduled for the following Thursday (Today) We were annoyed by this but remained patient. This day comes and they decide to come at 7 AM. Keep in mind they have all of the information to get into our complex. We gave them two phone numbers and they decide to only contact the non primary phone number. We of course didn’t get notified even though all of our information to get to our apartment is all listed and they waited 10 minutes then left. Telling us we’d have to reschedule to wait another WEEK!!! We were waiting for them the entire time and they couldn’t do the bare minimum as to follow the directions through our gate to our apartment that is right there!! Like you are running a delivery service for a reason people maybe learn to follow instructions??? Unbelievable

Sold a defective cell phone and when returned also charged restocking fee for the defective piece. Never buying anything from them ever again.
