I had called ahead to confirm the availability of a 75 inch TV that I was interested in on the app. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with wasn’t at the store and couldn’t direct me to someone who was. Instead, they suggested that I come in as soon as possible to try and get the last one they had available. Since it was the closest location that had the TV in stock, I made the 30-minute drive to the store. However, when I arrived, they informed me that they couldn’t find the TV even though they showed it in stock in that moment.

Best Buy has everything in stock but employees never at the register
Aya welcomed me and assisted me with a cell phone cover return and Justin helped remove the old cell phone camera protector. Both were nice and made the experience pleasant. Thanks!
Worst phone experience I've ever had in my life. They're stupid robotic AI assistant is incapable of solving any problem and it will not connect you with a human being! I'm traveling through Texas and I was going to stop by this Best buy store and buy something but I swear I will never shop at this Best buy and possibly never at any Best buy again that offers this robotic assistant that will not connect you to a human being. Absolutely atrocious. This is a disgrace, somebody needs to get fired over this! Avoid this store at all costs
