Bad experience with Justin from meta glasses department. Felt as if he was uninterested in selling and spent most of his time on his phone than trying to show us the AI Rayban glasses. And when we decided to check out to purchase the glasses he told someone else to check us out. Very unprofessional and rude.

Placed an online order, it was to be ready for.pick up 24 hrs before we were to pick it up. When we arrived we were told it was under review by the corporate office. They could not tell us how long it would take before the order was released from the "review". Thus we had to cancel the order and buy the TV from the store if it were in stock. Luckily it was and were able to get the same TV. Why place an online order if it's faster to just go shop for it yourself. Thus why we never shop at Best Buy and won't shop there again!
