I don’t even shop at this store. However, I needed one small thing and couldn’t get a person over the phone no matter what the hell I selected in the cheap AI software they use. Their chat was just as atrocious and the person abandoned my chat several times. For a simple item check. I’m happy I don’t purchase from this store often. Piss poor customer service.
