I’m a get to the point kinda person, I like that as soon as I walked in, when I made eye contact with the person at the front they immediately asked if I was looking for something specific. When I answered they told me exactly where to go and had someone waiting to help if I had questions. Took 10min. In and out. Got what we needed and left.
We recently had a very frustrating experience at the Best Buy in La Cantera. My fiancée and I went in to order a TV, and while the sales staff processed the transaction, they didn’t take the time to explain anything about the ordering or delivery process. A few days later, instead of preparing for the delivery, we started receiving emails saying that our order had been canceled. This was especially frustrating because the TV was scheduled to arrive before the weekend, and we had family and friends coming over to watch the Cowboys game.
After calling and trying to get clarification without much luck, we learned that the specific TV we wanted — a 98-inch model — was only available through the Ingram location. At that point, we decided to cancel everything we had set up through La Cantera and head over to Ingram in person. That turned out to be the best decision we could have made.
At Ingram, we were assisted by Dimitri in the TV section, and his service was the complete opposite of what we experienced before. He took the time to carefully explain the entire process — from ordering to delivery — and made sure we understood every step. Thanks to his help, not only did we get the TV ordered properly, but he even arranged delivery a day earlier than expected.

Delivery drivers they use are completely incompetent. They use DoorDash and they are horrible. Best to buy from someone else. Ridiculous
