They were 20 out of 10 on the customer service. I was greeted upon entering the store and I asked for a particular item. The greeter was able to direct me to the section and person on staff responsible for those items. I found the sales associate exactly where the greeter said I could find him. The gentleman in home audio welcomed me and took me directly to the HDMI cables. They were out of 100’ HDMI Cables but the sales associate was able to find it at a nearby store and even placed the order for me so that it would be ready before I arrived at the nearby location. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days but this Best Buy location really excelled. I recommend Best Buy for all your tech needs.

Such a nice clean store to walk into & look around. Prices definitely doesn't beat Amazon but they had what we were looking for right then and there. The sales associates were helpful as well.
