We have a SodaStream and heard that Best Buy has a recycle program for your empty co² tanks. Great! Except every time we go to do the refill/exchange thing, no employees know how to do it. We get refill tanks at this store every month. Last month, it took 20 minutes, and *four* employees to do our transaction. The fourth guy walked in and grabbed a paper near the register that seemed to have whatever answer or code was needed and helped us in literally 2 minutes. Please tape that paper to the wall near the register. Aside from this issue, everyone at this store has always been kind and friendly. The bathrooms are clean, too.
Best Buy not the same since Covid..everything has changed. Peoples attidutes are diffrent /not so friendly not helpful standoff

Any store that thinks so little of their customer experience that they have AT&T sales reps pestering you multiple times while youre trying to shop immediately loses all stars and all my respect

Came back to grab a small item i needed on a different day, no employee came to the counter to check me out.
completely unacceptable, i guess they dont want my money :)
