Geek Squad did an excellent job today getting my computer checked in for service.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. The manager spent most of the time walking around instead of helping customers. There were only two employees working, and the wait was extremely long. When I finally got assistance, the manager came across as rude and uninterested in resolving my issue. Customer service and staffing need significant improvement. I expect better from a major retailer.

I had called ahead to confirm the availability of a 75 inch TV that I was interested in on the app. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with wasn’t at the store and couldn’t direct me to someone who was. Instead, they suggested that I come in as soon as possible to try and get the last one they had available. Since it was the closest location that had the TV in stock, I made the 30-minute drive to the store. However, when I arrived, they informed me that they couldn’t find the TV even though they showed it in stock in that moment.
