I had excellent customer when looking around for an TV. The representative helped me pick the best deal TV and I love ot and happy with the purchase.
Tried to call about a simple question for phones they sell, the AI system hung up on me twice and when I finally did get through, I was treated very rudely by the guy on the phone. I was calm and polite, Best Buy doesn’t have the best service that’s for sure, taking my business elsewhere from now on
