We were looking for a new TV and they were very knowledgeable about features.
I bought a phone from this store and there was a screen defect on it. When I came in to replace it, I had 3 phones in mind that I could replace it with and all 3 phones were out of stock.
Incompetent management, incompetent employees. Went in to purchase an Apple Watch and some other items. No one wanted to help, no one offered to help. Scanned QR code, ordered watch, app said go to online pickup, waited 20 minutes to be told I needed to go to customer support/checkout (app has not been updated yet). Went to customer service/checkout, waited in line 15 minutes. Told I needed to go to online pickup because that is what the app said. While waiting for the manager, the person at customer service came with my order to see if I wanted toe item. When I talked to the manager, he asked me what was he supposed to do? He absolutely didn’t care about losing the sale or that I was willing to walk out angry about the service. Incompetent management leads to incompetent employees. Stay away, there are many other places that will give you good service.
