Terrible all around experience. 1st the order team nearly gave me the wrong pc after confirming the order was in store online. This led to a week long delay on my order. 2nd, when picking up my order today 12/3/25, 8:45 PM. The young man at the order counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked a few questions given my previous experience ensuring this was the correct pc, if all components were there, and any recommendations on purchases. The kid at the counter was disrespectful, did not provide any kind of assistance, and clearly did not want to be there. I was ready to make several other purchases for my pc, but with his attitude I might as well take my money to a different store. If your staff isn't going to provide support, recommendations, or be welcoming then they shouldn't be there. Last time I will be coming to this Best Buy and I highly encourage you all to do the same.

Yesterday a Best Buy employee just had to make me feel so “welcomed and assisted” while I was peacefully minding my own business. I get it, they’re just dying to sell stuff, but maybe don’t hover and pressure customers who are simply comparing specs on laptop.
