Pésima atención de todos.

Rebecca in the Mobil department was intentionally deceptive when explaining and answering our questions about a promotion for the new iPhone 17. We asked to get clarification on the deal four different times throughout the process and every time she said it would be included with our trade-in and that we would not have to pay anything except for the taxes on the new phones. Come to find out this was a lie and cost our family over $1000. When I confronted her about this, her response was, “y’all signed all the necessary paperwork, so that’s on you.” Buyer beware and make sure to read the contract and not just believe what the sales person is saying as truth.

Do not get phones from this store. We went in for something else but while in the store I received a message from Verizon with a promotion. We were told by the Apple guy in the store that there was a Verizon person in the store and were taken to Rebecca who told us she could take care of everything and we would get the promotion. We asked several times during the time we were with her for the transaction about the promotion and she told us several times it was exactly what we were wanting. She is now not acknowledging the mistake or miscommunication and saying it is my fault. I caution everyone to go through actual carriers or somewhere like the Apple Store to get phones. Do not go to Best Buy as this experience has taught us they do not understand promotions and activations fully and we feel like we were coerced into something that was not what we asked for. We have been loyal customers to this store and have spent a lot of money here over the past several years and are really disappointed in how this was handled.
