Best Buy Legacy

Most frustrating purchase ever! Bought a dash cam was told this location could not install it. Was directed to the Forum location, greeted by an unfriendly person stating, did they bother to tell you, you need an appointment. Told me to stand in a long line. Finally I asked if I could make the appointment by phone. Called into a call service that had the strongest accent I couldn't understand what she was saying. She asked me for my information and then said she had to transfer me to another call center that I could hardly understand asking for the same info, just to get a quote for install that was $30 higher than the camera. I will never go back.

My wife and I just purchased a new Dell tower from this location. Guillermo our salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He even suggested waiting until it went on sale which it did in 10 days! The problem is what the call the Geek Squad or technical support who sets up computers and other electronics. In the process of setting up our new computer they needed to use my cell phone. Setting up Google accounts and Microsoft accounts. In the process they somehow locked up my phone and after consulting theoretically thier best most experienced person, the solution was to crash my phone. This meant all my phone numbers and apps and everything associated with my phone was wiped clean. All my friends, business associates, old high school friends, etc., gone forever. I have along with my wife worked hard trying to replace the missing numbers and apps but unfortunately some simply are gone forever. As hard as this may be to believe they said to me...don't worry if they want to call you or text you they still can. Some things in life as you get older are simply irreplaceable and they destroyed them without caring in the blink of an eye due to the irresputable act of not knowing what they were doing. You might ask did they offer anything of any kind as an apology? No nothing...nothing except these things happen...sorry. Please consider this when you need new electronics of some type. The manager, employees and staff simply are inept and uncaring.

The food is terrible but the game room is fun.
