Just spent 18 mins on hold, just to find out that the store doesn't even answer their own phone calls, and didnt even help me one bit.
Lady at the front had such an attitude. This wasnt customer service at all.. she needs to be fired
There is no communication between management and staff. Or even staff to staff. This is the worst Best Buy ive ever been to. Just make sure to get everything in writing, or else they will not honor anything.
Great customer service (worthy of a rating of 5) balanced by poor selection of landline phones (rating of 3), yield a rating of 4. Yes, I'm older, as evidenced by my reference to landline phones ("What's that?", younguns will exclaim). I like having a landline in case the cellular network goes down (think EMT attack, and, no, I'm not a doomsayer just prudent about contingencies). I was looking for a simple plug in the wall type with a corded handset, but now all that Best Buy offers are RF handsets.
