My aunt was having trouble transferring the data from her old i-Pad to her new. I brought her in even though we didn't have an appointment.
After waiting our turn, the 2 young men that were behind the counter were not only knowledgeable but friendly and respectful. Since our issue required waiting for reboots and information transfers/ downloads, they helped other customers simultaneously without making us feel like we were being pushed aside or brushed off. All the while, they're also answering random questions, like what to do with old and broken devices that are piling up in the corner of my office? They were great!
Technology can be frustrating when you're trying to navigate areas that you don't deal with very frequently. How often do you purchase a new device? Every 3 or 4 years? It's hard to even remember how to change the clock in the car every 6 months for daylight savings! Thank you, guys, for being such pros!

This heavy titanium watch that is scratch proof and water proof (not just water resistant) is definitely gonna a game changer for him and his job.
The staff at this store are super polite, considerate, and most of all NOT HOVERERS AT ALL. They come to you if you have questions, they don’t come to you for a sale.
