Overall, decent store in terms of items available. Went to this location to pick up a mobile order. Was kept waiting for approximately 30 minutes plus because even though they checked my ID physically, they have to have someone call me to verify that I am picking up the order, and they had not even pulled the item to pickups when I had arrived.
Additionally, gaming chairs that are listed as on site are nowhere to be found, employees advise that the general manager has told them that it is now online only contrary to what is listed on the website.
Individual employees are friendly and courteous, but systems at this store create customer service issues that even the employees acknowledge are interfering with good customer service. Will not be returning to this store, or Best Buy in general.

I brought my phone in because it was overheating and losing battery quickly. The technician removed some unused applications, cleaned the cache and memory, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the issue. However, he was very professional and kind.
