horrible customer service after purchase, horrible 3rd party installers. I have wasted hours on the phone with their "customer service" still without a resolution and my dryer is still not properly installed. Now I'm getting calls from out of the country wanting to refund me money but they are saying they need my birthday, credit card number, and banking information!

I was greeted as I walked into the store. I went in to look at appliances for our home. They have a great selection
This is an average bestbuy, no where near a best Bestbuy, not even close..... numerous employees walking around, talking to each other, looking on the phones or devices and not a single hello or ask if you are looking for anything. Work a little hard to make yourself a better bestbuy, not just an average bestbuy
