Best Buy Legacy

2 or 3 months ago I had get my lappop, evaluated for if it was repairable, buy Best Buy for my insurance to get it fixed. The representatives were very rude because they thought they should make me wait and they thought, well, I should just make you wait anyway, like it's it's not your it's not our job beforehand I didn't approve, I had done my own test and my laptop turned on perfectly fine. I knew what was wrong with my laptop. Anyway, it just needed the heat sinks, crews repaired or the whole heating sync repair replaced, but their independent tests I got ahold of it. It didn't turn on after they got ahold of it. So whatever this Best Buy did, they literally bricked? My laptop took it to independence shop, he literally said, yeah, you're exactly right. What was wrong with it? Cause I could literally tell you. It was a heat sync screws that's wrong with it. But whatever they did, they must have shorted something or did something that I mean, Best Buy so I tell anybody who goes to a Best Buy, only use them to buy stuff. Do not buy anything from do, not have anything Bixby do not have anything repaired by them. Please for the love of God Watch Linus sebastians tech tips, video of who to go to to get your Pcs, repairs, and that's desktops and laptops. All they're gonna do is either brick it or say it's broken anyway. When it works, go to a mom and pop shop and I mean, like, just look up pc repair anywhere, do not go to Best Buy for the love of God or if you have to go to a major company, go to microcenter, there's one in Austin and I'm hoping to God that one. That company eventually comes to San Antonio but do not come to best. Buy and I do mean it. God bless, but I will still buy product from them PC parts. But I'm still part of their member services, because I get discounts. And i will never have anything repaired by them ever again. Because they broke my laptop and didn't even have the encouragement to tell me they broke my laptop, and that's bad, they weren't upfront about it.They just wanted to do it, keep it safe, oh came out, broken.That's bad repairs.I'm saying it again.Never have anything repaired by best.Buy and I do mean it

This is the worst Best Buy I have ever been to and honestly one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had.

I like Best Buy, they usually have what I need. Good supply of products! My only concern is I went to pick up an ordered item and their systems were down and they clearly have no backup plan in place. They came to a grinding stop! One other smaller concern….i went to get my item and it was laying on its side, there were two large arrows pointing this side up and clearly someone couldn’t read!
