I'm going to be completely honest when I say service was pretty trash. As someone in sales I expected more from best buy considering they want people to actually buy things? Fortunately I was approached by a young man after not being helped for about 10-20 minutes. He came from another section it looked like and that really made my experience better. I didn't get his name but he was a black gentleman and a bit younger. I was definitely in that store longer than I needed to be because I already knew what I was looking for but wasn't even looked at while staff just talked to each other. They should be addressing everyone even if they have been helped already. This would of been 1 star if it wasn't for the man who helped me. Not to mention all the Ipads plus the pens which is what I was looking for were not charged and prepared in advanced for demos. I was looking for an ipad in particular and they weren't even ready for me to try which made my visit 10x more frustrating. Was dead about to walk out and take my business elsewhere

I used to love this place, unfortunately i am always disappointed when I come now. Just stood by the cameras for 30 minutes waiting for someone to open and grab a camera out, I asked multiple employees and still stood around. Ill spend $1000 somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous.
