How do I check product availability at the Legacy Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Legacy Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

I always come to this bestbuy for pokemon launches because they do a good job at limiting per customer and the staff is always friendly and helpful at this location

We did not have a good experience purchasing a phone and plan thru AT&T at the legacy location.
We did go back and return it and cancelled the plan. Unfortunately the AT&T reps were no help and just handed over a phone number for us to call and figure things out. A manager that works for Best Buy at the legacy location named Julian helped us through it all. He stayed and even called AT&T for us to help us resolve the issue. We did have to go back a second time and he was happy to help. He assisted us until the matter was verified and resolved. Julian stayed with us the whole time.
Our experience with AT&T was not great however our experience with Best Buy was amazing. We truly appreciated the kindness Julian showed us.
Third party vendors are not equipped to handle anything outside of sales. Definitely proceed with caution if you decided to purchase a phone and plan thru them and not at the actual phone store.
