There are so many issues to discuss. First, I get a text at 9:30am that my order is ready for pickup - mind you the store doesn't open until 10am. The employee, skinny male with black shoulder length curly hair, came out at 10:05am on Monday, April 20th to the passenger side of my vehicle where I requested my item to be placed. The window was rolled down, I said "hello, good morning" and he stayed absolutely silent and straight faced. I showed him my code, he looked at it and typed it in, still saying nothing. He then proceeded to drop my item in the floorboard of my car despite me having my hand out to retrieve the item. Instead, he decided to drop it from window height onto the floorboard of my vehicle. I then thanked him, he rolled his eyes and muttered "yeah" and walked off. This was such a bizarre and rude encounter, as I have come here several times for pickup in the past with no issue. I tried to contact the store just to relay what happened to the manager, but the automated AI assistant made that impossible. I was on hold for 20minutes and then hung up on. I reached out to chat support and they were unable to help me as well. Regardless, this was so uncomfortable for me and will be my last time here.
