We purchased our appliances from Best Buy and the in-store experience was great. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. However, the delivery process was a mess. The tracking map shows the driver’s location, not the actual estimated time of arrival, which is very misleading. Both times they attempted to reschedule us last minute, and when we called the service center, no one could reach the drivers or provide real help. They just gave us a company name and number, but no one seemed to know what to do. The only person who stepped up was Sergio at the 1604 location. He personally called the delivery company, followed up with us directly, and made sure our appliances were brought back the same day. We really appreciated his effort. He was the only one who took ownership and helped us avoid missing another day of work.
