I bought an air fryer, and received a previously returned, defective, one repackage in a box that had barely noticeable damage. Tried turning it on at home and it...said GOODBYE to me, and turned off. But only was it used, it was shorted out: busted.
On a day off, I wasted about an hour off my time driving around the city to make the return and receive a new one that I had to test in store. Upon opening the second one I received, I noticed a bunch of the packaging material, the Plastics, had been missing from the first unit I received. Evidently, that first unit was a returned they tried to pass off to me as new.
Crazy work, best buy. All this mess over $200 from a extremely large company is wild. It's beyond insane to think best Buy try to run a scam on me.

Not really a fan of this Best Buy. Shelves are empty throughout the whole store, when I look online to see if they stock what I need they're usually out. Closest one to my house but usually have to drive to 410/Ingram area or The Rim

If you need help with appliances, especially if you're looking for a washer and dryer, go find Antonio! He really knew his stuff, was easy to talk to, took the time to explain the differences in models, and it was just a great experience overall. We checked out the big box hardware stores, and there was no comparison to Antonio's knowledge compared to the employees at Lowe's and HD. We went in just looking, with no sales pressure, but with the customer service and satisfaction he showed, we ended up ordering a brand new LG washer and dryer combo. Thanks, Antonio, for going above and beyond helping my wife and me and making the whole experience great! Keep up the awesome work!
