Staff is very friendly and helpful, as for the managers they walk around obviously eyeballing your every move, assuming you’re there to shoplift. Instead of offering helping we were literally followed by management and he showed zero care and concern when finally checking out. After spending 7k on Christmas gifts he barely acknowledges us and we still got ugly stares walking out. If it wasn’t for the gentlemen helping us actually order our items we would’ve gone to another location, or buy or electronics from an ENTIRELY different store. Extremely disappointed in the upper management staff at this particular location.

Fantastic customer service I had 2 speaker that were the wrong size that I had bought on my own with no help and didn't have the receipt the guy up at the counter looked up the purchase and gave my money back so I could buy a different size.
