Geek Squad support did an amazing job troubleshooting a cell phone that was stuck in Update mode. He was friendly and patient with disabled elderly person. Thanks! 😊

I ordered a Zagg screen protector on the Best Buy website using a Best Buy gift card and reward certificate.. but when my order got canceled because I was not able to pick it up by their pickup deadline (only 5 days to pickup during the holidays??), I could not get my reward certificate back. I tried calling this store but it routed to someone else entirely who told me there’s nothing they can do, there’s absolutely no way to call and get connected to the store directly.
Went to the store physically finally after work and everyone basically told me that there’s absolutely nothing that can be done. I was so frustrated.. I asked about price match, military discount etc. but no one budged or empathized. Finally, one person made all the difference.. Amerie came and took care of me. She was empathetic and super kind and I can’t thank her enough! Amerie deserves BEST employee award and all the accolades!! Thanks to her, I continue to have a good impression on Best Buy and will continue to shop here as long as they provide great customer service :)

Btw, this Best Buy store really needs to give some military discount. I swear they did before, hmm.
