Best Buy Alamo Ranch

We have a credit card that said it was accepted at Best Buy and when we tried to use it, they didn't accept it, trying to sell us insurance for the product we bought.

After doing some research, I purchased the TCL QM7 55 inch smart TV. This TV has an outstanding picture quality, it really gives depth to what you’re watching. It’s watched in a room where the lighting is always low provided by two floor lamps. One of those lamps is directly in line with the TV about 12 feet away. I have noticed no glare issues whatsoever. The color is brilliant! From animated features to CGI to regular shows, I have found that the color presentation has become an important part of the movies for me. For example., I have went back and rewatched some of my favorite movies to see how they looked on this TV and my description of that experience is….visually stunning! The TV speakers are clear and I’ve noticed no distortion having them at a high volume and they certainly provide all the volume I need. Before actually purchasing the TV I was considering buying a sound bar as well, but I’m glad I didn’t because it’s not needed. The TV is light in weight, the Support pedestal was obviously well thought out and is it very sturdy. The. Instructions are easy to follow. The AirPlay and HomeKit features work as they should and the connected Bluetooth devices work fine as well. I’ve only had the TV a week, but I can find nothing negative to say about it. I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase and if I were in the market for another 55 inch TV for another room in the house, I would simply purchase another QM7.

The past two visits I have made to this location have been very disappointing. I was at the counter purchasing a game when it rang up for a price I thought was incorrect. The young lady said she could not change the price. I told her there was a sign indicating it was on sale, and again, she rudely said she could not change the price. So I had to go back to where I got it and noticed the price at the register was correct. What annoyed me is that she did not even bother to check for me or offer any assistance; I, the customer, had to walk back to where it was, and then I went back to the register, and she was gone. Best Buy associates there really need additional training in customer service; this is the second time I have had an issue with an employee at this location. That woman had a nasty attitude, never again will I buy at this location. I would have bought the game anyways I just at least pretend to want to help. I received a response from Buy Buy asking me to go online and do this whole back and forth with i have no idea who, on their Instagram account. Asking me to tell them again what I have already said here. Then the location, which is on here as well. The associate said they don't have access to the review, I give up at this point. What a joke, Best Buy do better.
