Terrible customer service! I was in there for over an hour looking at TVs and not one person came to ask me if I needed help which was really disappointing.... finally got picked out a TV that was apparently in excellent condition to their standards. Only to load, offload, carry upstairs and set up for it to have a messed up screen.... Upon return there is nothing they can do to help with all the trouble of bringing this TV back to the store! I was extremely displeased with the entire process! Definitely not buying any big ticket items from this location anymore!
