Kenzie is the MVP of this location's guest services team. She always acts super-professional, with a sense of urgency and efficiency unrivaled by her peers.
Never judges me on how many Trading Cards I buy either.
Also, this place is always clean and well put-together. 5 ☆s.
Nice open showroom with lots of options in every department. Did see a lot of employees standing around rather than interacting with customers. Being so close to the holiday, I'd expect a little more assistance with locating items or product information.

Got some earbuds I really needed and so far they have lasted and been very useful. The environment of the store is like HEB but it's all tech and it's pretty cool, so it's always fun to go. The customer service was also good and no one was rude or annoying at all.
Great experience, manager was very helpful!
