I've had some very bad experiences at other best. Buys, but at this one, it seems like everybody that works here wants to help you in one way or another. I was being super picky about buying some headphones, and the guy said, I'm not that bad. Compared to other people. He's dealt with, but I still feel like he was just saying that to make me feel better. And that goes a long way as far as customer service goes cause. Idk if this place is racist be people refused to help me. I wanted an iPad and people kept saying “let me get someone for you” after an hour I gave up and went to target. Same thing happened to my dad. This is why people rather shop at Amazon
