The employees at this location had excellent customer service. I talked with two of them, and nothing were able to assist me with figuring out what kind of laptop best fit my needs. I will be coming back to this location if I need any electronics in the future.
Service is horrendous there is some that greets you to make sure nobody is stealing anything but besides that nobody wants to help except if they are trying to sell you something. It’s like every employee was having a bad day. Give these people a raise or new managers.

Terrible experience trying to buy a tv from this location, shop elsewhere. Will not be returning for any other products and used to frequent this Best Buy.
Purchased a Black Friday TV and wanted to get it wall mounted. Paid for TV and got delivery date set-up. 24 hours ahead of time, receive a text confirming my delivery date from 11am to 2pm date of delivery. Come to delivery day, no sign of the shipment/people to mount tv. Reach out to them at the end of my delivery window and receive a text that says “sorry we don’t have your TV, you’ll need to re-schedule your service”.
Completely and totally inexcusable and unacceptable.
1. I took PTO to be home for this. You wasted my time.
2. Why is the burden on me to re-schedule?
3. Why did I receive a confirmation text the day before the delivery if you DID NOT have my TV?
After this, I go into the store and am assured that since the delivery folks are third party contractors, it’s out of Best Buy’s hands. Unacceptable. Tell them they need to fix this and they offer to re-schedule my delivery for tomorrow with a cheaper TV. Why would I do that!
They were unwilling to accommodate me in any reasonable way - no compensation offered for me taking PTO for no reason. They just kept offering to change the delivery date. Why would I accept that? So you can tell me you have my TV and then not show up even though I take PTO?
EDIT: Best Buy replied to this comment and, unsurprisingly, their suggested resolution was also completely and totally unhelpful. Do not buy a TV from this company. Spoke to “Ryan” and “Jason” via their social media channel and both were incompetent and combative.
