Convenient location. Customer service lacking. Not sure if this is due to no crowds or just lack of wanting to be there. Those that have approached were friendly and tried to be helpful but most of time I was pointed in wrong direction of what I was after. Thankfully, I always do my homework before going into store so I know where it is at, or the general area.
Excellent service from helpful employees
Vehicle audio dept. Did not put my door panels back correctly. Scratches all over. I rolled down a window and the speaker connections broke off. Tried to go back twice with an appointment and no one was there to take it in. Told my wife he "doesn't have time" to correct their mistakes. DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY FOR CAR AUDIO INSTILLATION.
