Great experience everytime I purchase an electronic

I bought a soundbar from them that was supposed to be open box excellent. At first they just brought out the soundbar and left out the subwoofer that came with it. I had to tell them it was included. Then they came back out with it and I thought I had everything, but when I got home I realised there was no remote for it. I called their number but I was told there is absolutely no way to get a hold of the store. They offered me a gift card but it was not equivalent to what a remote will cost from the dealer. Terrible customer service, I miss the time when you could acually call the store and talk to someone there. I live far from the store and do not want to go over there if they are going to do nothing for me. So I gave them 2 stars, the two are for the employee in the store I was dealing with originally, by the tv section. He was very nice and helped me however he could. Everyone else since has been a nightmare. Check everything if you buy open box from this store.
