Nice workers, clean location, but no matter when I go, this location has 50% or less of what I came for. Either sales are that good so Store and Ops Manager get it together with inventory, or your slacking terribly with restocking and merchandising.

Went in for a appt for iphone waited over an hour for them to “diagnose and run tests” rep josh kept pushing me 5-10 more minutes at a time. When he took the device he said this shouldn’t take longer than 5-10 minutes. Kept saying he was almost done and we were almost there. After waiting 80 minutes he tells me he wont be able to and blames it on apple. Admits the test he was doing failed twice on him while i was waiting. I wish he had told me this while i waited . Told me to go to apple. Ridiculous. The whole process here is bad. Witnessed a woman wait 20 min for them to install a screen protector on her phone in the back .Wild!
