Although I couldn’t get my battery fixed due to a cracked screen, Russ(I believe that was his name, if I got it wrong sorry lol) but he was very nice and helped me out a ton, even tried to print me out a map since I wouldn’t have my phone to get around, and overall made the experience very nice! Thank you Russ!

I bought an air fryer, and received a previously returned, defective, one repackage in a box that had barely noticeable damage. Tried turning it on at home and it...said GOODBYE to me, and turned off. But only was it used, it was shorted out: busted.
On a day off, I wasted about an hour off my time driving around the city to make the return and receive a new one that I had to test in store. Upon opening the second one I received, I noticed a bunch of the packaging material, the Plastics, had been missing from the first unit I received. Evidently, that first unit was a returned they tried to pass off to me as new.
Crazy work, best buy. All this mess over $200 from a extremely large company is wild. It's beyond insane to think best Buy try to run a scam on me.

Not really a fan of this Best Buy. Shelves are empty throughout the whole store, when I look online to see if they stock what I need they're usually out. Closest one to my house but usually have to drive to 410/Ingram area or The Rim
