Best experience I ever had

I visited the Best Buy Alamo Ranch location on March 16 at 7:57 PM with the intention of purchasing a yellow iMac (10-core, 16GB RAM, 256GB storage) and a Nintendo Switch for my daughter. I had already been in the store on Saturday to review the iMac and returned specifically to complete the purchase. While I was greeted by Brandon at the front, I then spent approximately 40 minutes in the Apple section without being acknowledged by any employee. During that time, multiple employees walked past me without offering assistance. Jennifer (manager on duty) asked another customer who arrived after me if they needed help while I was standing nearby. Sarah finished assisting another customer near me and did not check in. At one point, employees were standing nearby talking and laughing while I continued waiting without acknowledgment. Other customers in the same area were approached and assisted during this time. At approximately 8:35–8:37 PM, Nemo finally asked if I needed help while passing by. I explained what I came in for and also shared my concern about the experience. After waiting nearly 40 minutes without acknowledgment, I chose to leave the store without making my purchase, which exceeded $2,000. As a customer, I expect to at least be acknowledged. This experience was disappointing and concerning, and I hope store leadership reviews what occurred yesterday evening.
