Don’t recommend phone repairs here for iPhones. Hira was clueless on finding out SIM card info when it’s on the SIM card ejector. Told her where and she still said it wasn’t it .. which it is . The whole process was unprofessional. She kept taking my device to the back for long periods of time . Apple does everything in 5 mins in front of you, and will replace the phone the same day. They told me it is now going to take 7-9 days to receive it due to it being an iPhone 11 . Which makes no sense . apple at North Star and la cantera always change it same day. If I can pick my phone up and get refunded I would rather do that and just wait at the mall w it the same day. Waiting over a week is insane after I called about other issues prior and was told it’s normally 2-3 days.
