Walked in and already knew what I was looking for and needing, I mentioned to an associate that I need the item and if it can be taken to the front. 10 minutes go by and nothing, I then walk up to the “Manager” which is just standing at the front and I mentioned to them what I needed again and that I am ready to check out and then he proceeded to tell me that it will be another 10 minutes before anyone could get to the item to take it to the front. I just walked out after that so good luck!

I do not recommend best buy. The customer service and geek squad service is the worst. They can't even figure out that 40 min earlier they made a ticket for my issue. They are not refunding prorated for my contract with geek squad. It's the worst to work with these people.
