Do not purchase. Buy at target or amazon. They lie and make up return windows for an extended period of time, and when you don't go through the effort of reading the return receipt that specifies otherwise, they will not return this for you. Also, they pick out the wrong products making your life much harder by having to do their job in their behalf. Manager Drew is incredibly rude. In my opinion , kind of sad how he takes his job way too seriously.

Our Return Policy is 14 days unless you're a My Best Buy Total member, in which case you get a 60 day return window as a membership perk. We take great pains to ensure that customers are aware of the Return Policy by printing it on your receipt, placing it at every register in the store, included in Order Confirmation emails, as well as posting it on our website.

They activated a new eSIM, so they forced me return the phone and talk to customer support over the phone. I don't recommend buying or financing service provider phones through them. Just buy your phone from your service provider saves you time and money.
