I have never once been annoyed enough to write a review.
I've been to this store twice. Let me start off by saying I am a big computer person. I went in the first time knowing exactly what I wanted. A simple SSD and some ram. I knew it would be in the case so right as i walked in I asked for help getting the items from the case. He sent me over where I waited 15 minutes. Then when I went to ask for help again he said he forgot and told me someone would be with me shortly again. And I waited for another 20 before I asked AGAIN. Finally they got me my things.
The second time (today) a similar thing happened. I waited next to a case waiting to be helped for 20 minutes. Granted it was busy so I didn't mind. But when I went to go ask for help I waited another 10 while I saw employees just talking to eachother. I understand when times are busy I will have to wait my turn but there were numerous workers standing there greeting people and talking amongst eachother. It's as simple as walking over, unlocking a case, grabbing an item, and walking back. It takes less than a minute.
