Went buy here a week ago, it’s a struggling to survive business but the reason is because the prices at the shelves aren’t reflected at the register. The cs people don’t even offer to call the department to get the actual price. Poor CS, poor quality items, over priced. Not recommended.

i brought office home for microsoft and i can’t return it while best buy employees tell me i can return this if not successfully, this definitely suck and can’t get money for that. so high recommend to not go there in san marcos tx. they wont help or return

On monday december 8th around 1230, The lady that is in the tv department lied to me, when i bought my tv, she said my metaquest 3s headset can connect to the hisense tv directly through chromecast and that I would not need a Google streamer for it. Yes I went through each step, making sure everything's updated, on the same network, restarted router ETC... and even contacted my internet provider. Turns out, I need a google streamer stick. Yes i can use the phone to cast but i wanted directly from the headset to the tv. And i dont mind if I need a streaming device for my headset but its the fact that I was lied to, and now I have to take time out of my day to go back to the store and buy it. When she could just have told me the truth and said" its chromecast compatible, but you need the stick we have one in stock" other than that the tv itself is good
