I would give 0 if I could, but 1 star goes to the kind lady who was greeting us at the entrance. My partner and I were trying to buy an iPhone 17 pro. We asked one of the staff who approached us. He asked us what our carrier was and informed that iPhone 17 pro was only available for AT&T and Verizon phone carriers. Since we didn’t have AT&T or Verizon, we wanted to pay full amount and purchase the phone, but he told us that even at the Apple store they want us to go through the carrier. He just assumed that we were looking for the monthly payment plan. The staff gave us incorrect information regarding the purchase of fully unlocked iPhone 17 pro in-store at Apple and wasn’t helpful at all. We ended up buying the phone online paying the full amount, and picked up at the Apple Store at La Cantera. We had to drive all the way to San Antonio for the pickup but I would rather drive to SA instead of going to the nearby Best Buy store where customer service sucks.
So far, most of the people I’ve met in here are friendly and helpful. Honestly it’s all I can ask for these days. I wish I could give these commission at least so they can rank higher than the other crappy Best Buy’s in the area
