Worst Best Buy ever. Made two appointments at geek squad for a “repair.” First appointment was turned away because I was 5 minutes late, and they took 20 minutes to even check me in. I was ok, my fault for being late. I rescheduled. Second time I came back arrived 5 minutes earlier. Took again 20 minutes to even check me in. Takes a look at my phone and tells me they have the part. Comes and tells me I will need to leave my phone over night. I’m okay with it. He then comes back out and tells me he doesn’t have the part. Person was already complaining that Apple repairs take “too long.” Don’t work somewhere you don’t want to do your job at. Horrible experience and such a waste of time:

Customer service must not be a requirement to be a General Manager here. I was told to purchase my desired laptop online so that I could pick it up at the store the same day. I ordered the laptop just to be told they don’t even have it in store. Wasted about an hour here just to be treated with sassiness. Seems like the younger you are the less respect you are given at this location.
