All the stuff are so nice and helpful. They went over and beyond to help me with a payment I wanted to do with check. Best customer service I have seen thank you so much.
I had an experience yesterday in the san marcos store. Their store manager’s name is Nick. He told me he knew nothing about the product. I was trying to purchase. He was also very rude. I explained to him that I stopped two of his employees and asked them for assistance and he told me they were busy with other customers I said no sure they were not busy with other customers they were walking around. He argued with me and told me I was wrong. I was always taught customers always write make them happy and they will continue Customer. Write your check. So I guess apparently Nick believes in a different work Ethic. Needless to say, I called Customer Service and reported Nick and they don’t even have nobody that will follow up with you and call you and check on you to try to make things right so no worries Nick I won’t be back in your store and neither of my family

Employee worked on my Best Buy credit card messed up my information and address caused so much inconvenience
My phone was not letting me change my password or open my e-mails. We went to the Best Buy in San Marcos Texas to see if they could help. Dylan was able to get the Geek Squad, Seth, to help me & he was able to get my e-mails restored. What a great couple of customer service personnel.
At first Dylan told us Best Buy was not authorized to help us anymore so we started to leave. She checked with her manager & he said they could take a look so she ran out to the parking lot to get us. Seth took care of my phone issue in 5 minutes! Thanks Dylan, Seth & Best Buy! This is why we continue to purchase our computers, I-pads, & kitchen appliances at Best Buy! Great customer service!
