Very disgusted and disappointed. An employee named Dylan which is a female that greets people in the store. She started crossing lines that i thought wouldn't be crossed especially as an employee. I was with my boyfriend and i ended up walking away to look at the phones and the whole time she was flirting with my boyfriend and talking so poorly about me. saying how i don't deserve him and how hot and fun he looked. mind you we do not know this lady at ALL. i talked to one of the employees there and they said that she does that all the time and that she's even doing it to one of her fellow employees that do cell phone services and it also makes him feel uncomfortable cause i was told he was also in a relationship. Not only that last month my male friend went to the same location and also had the same experience that made him feel uncomfortable. he decides to go to a different location because of her. i can't believe best buy keeps this type of employee KNOWING she has had past problems/experience.

Terrible experience how they handled pokemon card release day today. I knew that I would get one due to how much they have. When the store opened, it was one long line but an employee who was African I think let someone behind me who was in line get an ETB even though I was there before here. Very disappointed, y'all should know better.
