I love the call center bullshit where you can’t get a hold of anybody that actually works in the store because you guys are too lazy to actually do your job

Long wait and not great service. Glad I don't go very often
This is for Best Buy overall - not the San Marcos, TX store. I love our new economic system! You can order stuff and it will say when it's due for delivery. Then, later, they'll change that delivery schedule to a whole week later. So you get on a chat on the website and they say they fixed it and it will be delivered THAT SAME NIGHT. If the contracted delivery person can't manage that delivery time, they can cancel your oder without you knowing. Thanks @Best Buy! Someone named Roadie couldn't get my order delivered last night as promised by the chat person online yesterday so good ol' Roadie just up and cancelled the order and nobody told me. I've only been online for the last hour-plus trying to fix it. #bestbuysucks
I went to this place twice during my vacation in SA Texas. On first visit, one of the crew I spoke to had not enough clue about what she was selling. I asked questions that she cannot back-up with her own knowledge so she had to go back and forth to another crew member. At that time, I was quite hesitant to buy. The next day, I felt more confident on buying and this time, a more knowledgeable crew assisted me that made me buy an additional Kindle Scribe aside from the MacBook Air M4 13-in that I bought. On top of that, I gave her a tip for assisting me so well. She was so good at selling that I didn't even had to think and eventually I found out I couldn't use the BestBuy membership that I got since I live outside the US. I would say she was smart enough not to tell me the downside of what and how I was buying. But that way, she was effective. I had no regrets buying but next time, I have to be wiser though. Haha.
