Came in to resolve an issue with a misleading online order and was met with awful service by both managers on the clock. Ended up going to a different best buy and got the issue resolved even though they both said all I could do was return the item. 👎

We visited Best Buy on a Sunday to look for a monitor for my gaming computer. After browsing, my wife and I realized we’d need a larger desk before purchasing the curved monitor I wanted. As we continued exploring the store, we ended up in the Meta Quest section, where we were helped by an employee named Adam. Adam was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only did he provide detailed information about the Meta Quest 3, but he also assisted us in other areas of the store. From TVs to headphones, Adam was well-versed in various departments and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. In the end, we purchased the Meta Quest 3 and Mario Kart 8 for the Switch. It was our first time visiting this Best Buy, and Adam made it such a positive experience that we plan to return specifically because of him. It’s rare to find an employee as honest, helpful, and knowledgeable as Adam. I truly hope Best Buy recognizes his hard work—he’d make an excellent manager! Thank you, Adam, for going above and beyond to make our visit so memorable. You’ve earned a loyal customer!
