The geek squad is a joke. I scheduled my appointment online at 1 o’clock to have my iPhone screen replaced. I get here and they tell me that they are already working on one phone so they will not be able to get to my phone today and the soonest they can get to me is on Monday two days later and it’s going to take three hours. Why did it let me schedule an appointment at 1 o’clock today and make me drive all the way over here for them to tell me that they can’t do it. Waste of my time, gas and energy.
