Aden was great at the geek squad counter, he knew a lot and went above and beyond to get the job done.
Good experience just really hard to find some things in the store. It would be helpful if they were labels on side aisles that are somewhat hidden.
Best Buy has provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I have been in the store (Selma Texas) for over two hours simply trying to change the pickup date for the appliances I purchased. Instead, I was informed by the manager (Mo) that my order is in some unclear status, the items will not be arriving, and they are unable to refund my money. Not only did she not have a solution she asked if was willing to buy another set of appliances (at a higher rate) in hope that someone will see her notes in the system and call me and offer me a gift card or some type of compensation.
While at the store I called corporate, I was told I could not speak with a manager, and the representative hung up on me. Because of Best Buy’s mistake, I now stand to lose thousands of dollars, as I had custom work being done specifically for these appliances.
Despite their error, Best Buy has refused to issue a refund or provide any resolution to make this right I could give them zero stars I would. .
