My bf just bought me my first pc for Christmas and a week in. It’s freezing and now it won’t boot up. I’ve tried getting ahold of someone as it’s a hour away from my house. And nothing can’t get ahold of the store or anything. 😔

Clean store. Not super busy and very few people looking around but waited nearly 15 minutes at the smart phones and still no one approached me to ask if I need led assistance. I had to ask the greeter to page someone, waited another 10 minutes but still no one came up. So I took my business elsewhere.

SHY was more than helpful when we were searching for a new PC gaming computer. He was kind and professional. We didn’t see the computer we wanted on the floor and he quickly went in the back and pulled one from stock. Thanks SHY!
