Asked an employee about some headphones and was given the run around for a couple minutes then someone finally opened the case to check the price on them. Scanned the QR code and they were less. The employee acted like I was waisting their time and then tried to uncharted on protection plans.

Complete waste of time. They no longer deal with phone repair or replacement. They send you online to some garbage self service system.
