Went to Best Buy @ The Forum. Upon entering was directed to the right department to purchase a printer. I was acknowledged, and asked to wait, 20 minutes later associate came to assist me with purchase of Epson printer. Today, as I type this I am on phone hold, so far for 15 minutes, with no answer. I wanted to find out how to exchange printer as the one I just bought makes funny clicking noises when feeding papers to loader/scanner. I'm beginning to see why some i-net sites show Best Buy going out of business by the end of the year. Their customer service stinks!!!

I bought a brand new over the range microwave. Drove 30 miles in one direction to swap out my parents microwave that stopped working. Only to unbox the “new microwave” to find that it was missing parts. I drove back made the exchange and just asked for a discount to cover my wasted diesel. Manager said no best we can do is even exchange. I remember a time when Best Buy used to take good care of its customers.
