I am deeply disappointed with the Geek Squad in Selma. After a phone advisor assured me of a “complementary evaluation” for my CPU thermal issues, I drove out and brought my custom rig inside, only to be met with complete incompetence. Despite my appointment, the technicians did not even touch the machine or perform a basic visual inspection. Instead of fulfilling their duties, they bypassed all diagnostic protocols to issue arbitrary quotes exceeding $100+. As a tech-savvy individual, it was insulting to witness them prioritize predatory upcharges over actual troubleshooting. I ultimately resolved the issue myself with a few dollars in parts in a fraction of the time. Save your gas and avoid this location; they are primarily interested in your wallet, not your hardware.

I tell you the customer service that was in this store the guys and the people that work here from the Perth the greeter to the person that help me get my television the people that ring me up and the guy said bought it out the best team ever this been the greatest experience I didn't had in a while at a store thank you guys and keep up the good work
