I’d give this place three stars overall. One of the associates—the gentleman wearing the black shirt with the “A” logo—was very helpful and took the time to assist me in finding what I needed, which I really appreciated.
However, my experience at checkout wasn’t as positive. I waited in line for several minutes while another customer was being helped, and after that interaction ended, I was told I was in the wrong line (order pickup only). Unfortunately, there wasn’t any clear signage distinguishing this from a regular checkout line—the sign above appeared to indicate checkout—so it was an easy mistake to make.
I understand the need for organization, but the interaction felt a bit dismissive. Clearer signage and a more patient approach would make a big difference.
