He broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, explained processors, performance, and compatibility without talking over my head, and showed me multiple options. He compared models, pointed out which ones were on sale, and helped me weigh the pros and cons so I could make the best decision without overspending. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never once felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely helped. I like how clean and neat the store is whenever I come in. Plenty of options to choose from when it comes to the latest tech, and an associate is never too far away for help. Sam, the cashier was helping me return some purchases. I made a couple weeks ago and it was such a pleasant interaction. He did a really great job and made that experience one of the reasons why I keep coming back to this Best Buy.
