This review isn't for Best Buy because I honestly loathe Best Buy with every ounce of blood in me. This store in particular has had some completely incompetent management over the years. They probably still do, however, this review is just to highlight Riley. Riley was so sweet and super helpful while I was in the store yesterday. I didn't end up buying anything yesterday as they didn't have what I needed in stock but her customer service skills were top notch and should be recognized accordingly.
Also, there was a guy that was working in the computer components area that smelled like b.a.l.l.s. Best Buy management should probably address that as myself and three other customers all were gagging after he walked by.
