I came in to buy a Tv and asked an employee what they would recommend me buying to replace my old television. I assumed they had knowledge about TV’s because that was their section but I guess I was wrong. All they did was pull out their phone and look up information about the product and told me basic stuff I already knew. Guess this is my fault thinking buying in store was a good idea…..I’ll just stick to shopping online from now on.

I walked into to Bestbuy intending to purchase a laptop repair and although i waited a little while for assistance SARAH was AMAZING! ( the guy at the front was nice too ) but she was incredibly informative and was extremely helpful. I pled with her my concern for my laptop and she mentally guided me through a more cost effective decision then i was going to make. I was so close to getting that membership…I hadnt received my new debit card in the mail. so unfortunately i couldnt place anything on file to sign up for a membership. I will return & i am determined to get that membership lol thanks to Sarah!!
