We had great service when looking to buy a television.
If I could give the store zero stars I would! Never in my life have dealt with such incompetent people. I ordered a TV for pick up while I was in the San Antonio area. I accidentally placed the pick up for the wrong location. My TV was given to somebody else without the four digit code. When I called customer service, they told me I would be refunded within 10 days. Two weeks later, I still don’t have a refund and I’m back home which is five hours away. Now I’m calling customer service and they’re telling me they can’t issue a refund that I have to go to the store. Are you kidding me??? I’m supposed to drive five hours to fix someone else’s mistake! And apparently, there is no way to get A hold of anyone at this location over the phone. It goes to a call center and those people are zero help!! Really makes me want to stop doing business with Best Buy and cancel my credit card!
