How do I check product availability at the Forum Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Forum Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Rude employee that worked in the TV section yesterday around 2pm. Long hair in his mid 40's. I simply asked for a gaming controller for my LG smart TV that has apps for free games to play for my 4 year old. He responds " Is it Xbox or PlayStation and I know because I own 2 LG TV's." I simply replied none of those. It's the free games that come with the LG game portal. He looks at me like I have no clue what I'm doing. He continues to respond the same again is it Xbox or PlayStation. He even tells his coworkers as I walk off like I'm a joke. First off, I'm a customer asking a valid question if there's a LG gaming controller. Second we don't own game consoles in my household because it creates employees like him to act in this line of matter. You are not above anyone sir. Stay humble especially to a Buddhist monk not in uniform trying to make his child happy. Hope your day was fulfilled at Best buy since you know it all. Thanks best buy but I will only shop online from now on because of the people you hire don't show good customer service.

If you buy a sim card and open the outer packaging you can't return it! Even if you called. And we're told you could bc the actual SIM card is still attached to the card from the company bc It's not activated! Just DON'T open it unless you know what you're doing! Wasted $50
