It would be nice to actually talk to a store employee about current availability’s instead of talking to someone overseas who hardly speaks English and knows nothing but how to transfer me to someone else who transfers me. One star for whoever made this stupid system. Are you gonna get my business still? Probably yes. But Gosh Dangit Best Buy, you frustrate me to no end. You suck.

Went into Sherman store to purchase a tablet. Waited for help for about 10 mins when I finally found a guy putting something in the next aisle. Walked over to him and he said he would get me someone to assist me. No one showed up after several minutes so i Found another guy several aisles away helping someone, so I waited for him to finish. When he finished another customer came up and asked for help. While assisting him, I was never acknowledged and when he finished, the employee walked away with the previous customer. Nothing said to acknowledge that I would be helped next. Waited another 5 minutes then decided to leave without a purchase. At the desk when you first walk into the store were 3 male employees standing around talking to each other. You need to find some employees that will actually help the customer.
