I had such a great experience at the Best Buy in Sherman, TX and with Don the sales associate who helped me. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. He really listened to what I needed, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Don was very knowledgeable about the products, explained the differences in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me find exactly what was right for me rather than just trying to make a sale. Best Buy is very lucky to have an employee like Don who demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you, Don!

I needed help with my phone and tried to do a walk-in to talk to the Geek Squad; they were swamped and had no appointments available until tomorrow afternoon. Clay was very helpful, scheduling an appointment for me at the first convenient time for me. I mentioned it was a phone question and asked if I should wander over to the phone area for possible help.....and I did. What a wonderful experience!!!! I can't compliment Collin H. enough - he asked if I needed help; I showed him the issue with my phone. He asked a couple of questions, made a few corrections and had my phone back to normal in a matter of minutes. Collin then showed me what he had done and explained how to fix the problem if it happens in the future. Next - Collin insured that I got the correct cables to hook up a DVD player; my camper will be a little more cozy if I'm inside due to bad weather - I can watch a movie and sip hot chocolate :-) Collin was an absolute delight - the help I needed, quickly, efficiently, professionally and with a genuine smile and great, fun attitude! Thank you, Collin, for exemplifying excellent customer service and turning my problems into a pleasurable, no stress situation. I'll definitely be looking for you next time I'm in the store - for anything!
