Staff was very helpful without being annoying. I found prices better than WalMart. Best Buy also provided more information up front about appliance model YEAR!

My 48" flat screen which no longer worked which I subscribed and paid for extended warrenty. I decided to just take it to the store which there were several employees sittting at front door which told me I needed to take the TV back to my home and call for repair. I asked since I was there could they help with the problem. Short answer no! So dont bring TVs to the store for repair. It was obvious they did not want to leave thier chairs . I wrote corporate about the fact that the Sherman employees sit at front door and serve as Gate Keepers. I did not hear from them as well. Such a cool store but I think they have lost thier customer relations. In fairness its was ony one store that I had this problem with.

Bought a remote start on a Black Friday deal, scheduled for the following Friday to be installed. Received a call the night before saying the only person that can do it only works Saturdays and the next Saturday that it could be installed I work. Then said it would have to be December 7th but can’t put me on the schedule since it doesn’t load that far out. My issue is why wasn’t I called earlier in the week?? The tech had the nerve to laugh and told me tough and he was so sorry for the inconvenience. Gonna install it myself.
