I had such a great experience at the Best Buy in Sherman, TX and with Don the sales associate who helped me. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. He really listened to what I needed, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Don was very knowledgeable about the products, explained the differences in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me find exactly what was right for me rather than just trying to make a sale. Best Buy is very lucky to have an employee like Don who demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you, Don!
