Have spent four days trying to get Webroot up and running on my computer. Have used this service for a number of years previously, no problems. Recent renewal efforts have been dismal to say the least. Have had three charges against my CC, spoken to five different Geeksquad reps, both in store and call centers, been on hold extended periods of time, spoke at length for over an hour and a half to Webroot CS. After all of that, still my subscription shows expired license and keycode, wants me to renew again for another charge. No more. Uninstall. Over and out.
