Afet the bestbuy call center sold me a laptop that they didn't have in stock. They were able to refund the laptop that they didn't have in stock that was sold over the phone. It should be noted that when you call the best buy you do not reach the store you reach a national call center instead. The call center does not have accurate count of the inventory in the store. After coming to the store was a good experience with knowledgeable staff who listenedand help me find what I needed. Was able to get the laptop I needed.

My husband and I went in to price and gain knowledge on best tablets for peach to text or handwriting to text transcription. Ethan and Gabriel were amazing! They were polite, personable, and knowledgeable. They were so patient with us in all our questions. They tag teamed us between customers but both kept ensuring we were taken care of and they’d answered all our questions.
