I gave a 3 star because it took forever to get help. When i did get help, i told them what i was looking for. And they tried to upsell me. Which is fine, their sales people. However after telling them i needed a super basic item, they still tried to point out a more expensive item and acted like they didnt have any others. I looked down on the bottom shelf and found what i needed. Not coming back here...

The Woodland's Best Buy store people are always professional, Courteous kind and respectful. They have a great willingness to serve you, to listen. They are acquainted and specific and their questions to narrow down.What you want and how to help you. I am closer to and Will Not return to a BestBuy here in Spring just on the Houston border. I don't like their poor Attitude, reasons, they have not to check your membership for the services You sign up for. I will stay with the Woodlands BestBuy Store. There's no games with your Best Buy membership there. They want your business.
