Adquirí el micrófono Shure MV7 Plus en Best Buy el 30 de octubre, con altas expectativas. Sin embargo, el micrófono presentó problemas de captura de audio, con cortes constantes. Intenté resolverlo por mi cuenta, pero no tuve éxito. Al intentar la devolución el 25 de noviembre, es decir, 26 días después de la compra, me encontré con que Best Buy solo ofrece 14 días de retorno, algo que no estaba claramente indicado en ningún lado. Esta falta de transparencia y la escasa atención al cliente contrastan con otras tiendas como Walmart o Micro Center, que ofrecen 30 días de retorno sin preguntas. Incluso el fabricante del micrófono también brinda 30 días. En resumen, mi experiencia con Best Buy fue decepcionante y, por ello, no lo recomiendo.

Matty G over in the computer section was very very helpful. He went out of his way to help me out on my purchase. He offered me the protection plans and was very very knowledgeable. Definitely five stars. And we need more knowledgeable people like this everywhere. He demonstrated a passion for his job overall very satisfied for my visit. There was a problem with my Best Buy profile and he took time out of his way to help us fix the profile. I was very impressed.

I’m writing this review because of something my husband and I witnessed with a manager last night. We came to purchase something and from the moment we walked in the door, the staff greeted us and asked if we needed help. Every employee in a blue shirt acknowledged us as we were trying to decide which one to get. We finally decided and had to come to the counter to get the headphones we decided on. As we were being checked out by a very nice and knowledgeable young man, there was a situation going on next to us with the manager and another customer… not sure what happened but the young man helping us overheard and said something about a pad to the manager. The manager, Christina reprimanded him in an unprofessional way in front of everyone standing there. I felt really bad for the young man because it was so unnecessary to do that in front of everyone standing there. It was an awkward position to be in.The young man, just took it and said okay. I didn’t get the young man’s name but he seems like a very humble, kind young man. He was so helpful to us and explained lots of questions I had. It just grossed us out how he was reprimanded.
