I felt very uncomfortable in the phone section of the store. Told the guy last week I got it I didn’t need help. He then proceeded to walk behind me, saw what I was looking at and said ah, okay that’s what she is looking for. I felt my space violated, and I told him I only needed two minutes. I said I thought I could find it on my own, he laughs it off and says “nah, we all need help sometimes” I don’t know how y’all store is ran, but we do not treat people like that. Do better!

Be careful purchasing open box excellent conditions items from this store. As explained to us by the manager, Christa, excellent condition items may be marked as excellent but still have scratches and defects. We called ahead of time and they said we could do a price adjustment instead of bringing the 80+ inch tv back for a return. After driving for an hour, Christa said we were unable to receive any price adjustment because although the TV was marked as excellent condition, we should there could still have been scratches and defects on it for the price it was listed for.
