I returned a Maytag washing machine in the first 30 days with a return number. The clerk argued that I could not return it, but I needed to call repair. After calling for the Manager and repeating my request several times to several persons. I will not buy any appliances from Best Buy again. The hassel was not worth it.

Im surprised Best Buy is still open these days, bought an Xbox controller and bought the geek squad protection, remote broke internally after a year in a half and now best buy is telling me I can't use my warranty.

I've always loved going to best buy. It never disappoints
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy Sugar Land. I went in to purchase a TCL TV and despite contacting customer care multiple times and visiting the store four separate times, they were never able to get my order delivered. After weeks of wasted time and effort, I finally had to cancel my purchase.
To make matters worse, I received zero compensation for the inconvenience. I ended up buying the exact same TV from Walmart—not only was it cheaper, but it was delivered the very next day without any hassle.
I have receipts for all of these transactions and this whole experience has convinced me not to shop at Best Buy again. Truly unacceptable service.
