Best Buy Sugar Land

I was in Best Buy in Sugarland and the line to check out was very long (ten people in line). I asked the greeter at the front if another cashier was coming to assist. He told me to talk to the front manager. I explained to the front end manager that we have been in line for over 15 minutes and if possible another cashier is available. His response was "Huh." I repeated what I had just told him and his response was "Nah that's it." I found the response very dismissive. If customer service is not your forte, maybe you should not be in the business. A better response could of been given.

Very nice experience with the staff at store, bought a TV and it was delivered smoothly, No hassle.

Came to return a TV mount that was incorrect for our installation appointment. Sales rep sold us the wrong mount. Someone from cameras was helping us find a person. Told us to talk to the general manager since no one was willing to help. The general manager dustin was very dismissive offered no instruction or solutions. He could learn a lot about customer service from the young man that helped us at home theater.dustin should be fired.

I recently had a bad experience here, and as a slighted customer my only recourse is to tell my story. I ordered a special edition PS5 and when I went for pick up at the story, the box was torn and the seal to keep the box closed was cut open and the cut looked old. The manager Ralph was cold blooded. He did not care at all that I paid for a new PS5 and received a PS5 with a damaged box. After arguing with Ralph, he refused to mark down the price on the PS5, and told me to return it if it doesn't work. The PS5 is a gift, so I will wait until Christmas day to find out if it works. Lost trust on Bestbuy, and this particular store didn't provide good customer service. I will say that the young pretty girl working the register was empathetic to my situation, but Ralph was not moved at all. I will do my best to avoid Bestbuy
