Walked in last night ready to purchase a 75” TV, I knew the one I wanted but there was no one available to assist me. I walked around the TV department countless times and only saw an associate who was already assisting someone else. I was hoping to catch him when he was done but it just took so long that I walked out. I noticed the people he was helping were still waiting for him at the counter so I decided to just leave.

Very disappointed with Best Buy’s delivery service and customer service.
I ordered a washer and dryer on September 23 specifically so they would be delivered on my move-in day, Monday, October 5. I planned my move around having these appliances delivered and available when I moved into my new home.
Now, just days before the scheduled delivery, Best Buy emailed me saying that my delivery has been rescheduled to October 28 — more than three weeks later and nearly a month after I originally purchased them.
A washer and dryer are not optional items or something that can easily be put off for almost a month. Having to move into a new home without a washer and dryer creates a significant inconvenience and forces me to make other arrangements.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Best Buy has been unwilling to provide any meaningful compensation for the inconvenience caused by their delivery failure. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but when a company changes a confirmed delivery date at the last minute by several weeks, I would expect them to at least make an effort to take responsibility and work with the customer.
I ordered these appliances well in advance specifically to avoid this situation. Being notified only days before my scheduled delivery that I now have to wait until October 28 is unacceptable.
Very disappointed with Best Buy’s communication, delivery reliability, and customer service. I expected much better from a company of this size.
