HORRIBLE! Just when i was hoping they won't disappoint us again! The person in the tv area was with a costumer, we waited for almost an hour and then he just passed us and helped someone else. So extremely frustrated with BESTBUY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Trash store
They didn't have what I wanted in stocked like for real if I wanted to buy something an wait for it I would of went online an shop but this store sucks because they didn't anything for the summer deal
Terrible customer service at the Sugar Land Best Buy. Tried to exchange a defective Fitbit Air purchased 3 weeks ago (it stopped tracking sleep). I didn't want a refund, just a working device. The manager, refused because it was past the 14-day window. When I mentioned my loyalty status, he said that perk was gone, but then offered to do the exchange only if I bought a $30 add-on. Leveraging a defective product to force an upsell is unacceptable. After years of loyalty, I won't be back.

Need a refrigerator in this asap. They didn't have that in stock... so I choose another product at the same store that one a as at the best buys warehouse in Missouri City and they delivered at no charge. Very effective teamwork of guys who confirmed my order and delivered on time which they stated.
