I went in store and ordered a MacBook in a specific color. When it got shipped to my house it is not in the same color I requested. Sales associate did not verify details with me before placing order
Had a very unpleasant in store experience due to understaffing in check out lanes. Only 2 reps for a line of 15+ customers is ridiculous and simply poor management delegation. I was in the store for over 30 minutes just waiting in line to place the order for my replacement screen protector. Major waste of customer's time that needs to be addressed.

I had a terrible experience at Best Buy today. The line was ridiculously long, and there were only two employees working the counter to check people out. It took forever to get through, and it was incredibly frustrating. They really need to improve their staffing during busy times.
