How do I check product availability at the Temple Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Issue after issue with this store and the one in Killeen. Dont answer their phones so you have to come in. When you get there they cant help and you have to go to the Killeen store beacuse they dont service Apple products at this location ever. So beware, you have to drive all the way to Killeen. If I wasnt trying to get faulty items fixed that I purchased from them I would not return for any of my electronic needs. And I won't after this is over.

Horrible customer service tried to resolve an issue and was forced to play phone tag with no resolution. Would not do business here!
