Horrible customer service tried to resolve an issue and was forced to play phone tag with no resolution. Would not do business here!

Customer service is great
I tried multiple times to purchase a specific Gaming Pc that only this small town located had in stock. I was twice denied. It was like they never seen a black man purchase 2k gaming pc before. I have Best Buy credit and other lines of credit, but all I received was very frustrating unpleasant experience. This paranoid manager damn near call the police because I wanted to make purchase with best buy account but didn’t have my card on me at the time. I gave him all the right credentials but that didn’t pacify him. A week later I got a better online deal for the same Pc at the same location. So I purchased it online instead and went to go pick it up the same day. And got the same unpleasant results. I am sorry I don’t know if this place is so paranoid to sell any item over a dollar, or I was just getting the classic small town racist treatment.
