How do I check product availability at the Temple Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

This black man approached me in the process of looking at items and accused me of stealing i had not even paid nor tried to pay..I was holding the item in my hand mind you its cold I guess I can't put my hands in my pocket..don't go here poor service and accusing people of things they haven't done as well. I will be calling corporate and the better business bureau. How dare him accuse me of stealing. You might want to make sure he ain't taking stuff his conscious seems pretty shitty given he is accusing your paying customers. I will be making sure to contac whoever I need to do this situation and accusations. No good for your company to have people like that. Should be fired I had nothing in my purse or a biggie for that matter. Sad that's the staff. Not okay

We had a great experience with the entire process. We went in on a whim late on Black Friday to check out the BF TV deals to replace our decade plus older LG TV. Our salesman, whom I forget his name was helpful and informative in pointing out features and differences between the different sets. We purchased the LG OLED77B5PUA. Antonio was out yesterday and took our old TV down and wall mounted our new TV in its place. Antonio was very helpful and made the install very smooth. The new set has a great picture and we are very happy with the decision to purchase at Best Buy and have Antonio install it for us.
