Avoid purchasing your appliances at Best Buy if at all possible. Customer service is terrible in every way.

Just wanted to call and ask a question but calls go to an overseas company and you are required to give all of your information (email, phone, full name, etc) then agree to terms before even talking to a person.
What kind of a world is this?
