Eli from the computer department was absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable and helped me pick out the laptop I needed for school. Very friendly as well! If you need help picking out the best computer for your needs I definitely recommend asking him. He’ll be patient with you, and help narrow things down. Plus his knowledge on computers alone actually helped me trust his input which led to my decision on the new acer 16” OLED. Thank you Eli 😊

I used to shop at Best Buy for everything electronic. I took a break from purchases while unemployed and now bought a printer. Purchased the protection plan! Used to be fantastic! In the past, when I had a product fail, the protection plan was returned at a prorated rate, now it’s not! So, my printer that was broken out of the box and doesn’t print, I have wasted $40 on a protection plan! Drove 30 minutes EACH WAY to do my product replacement and am losing out on 46 MONTHS of a 48 month service plan. Best Buy has lost a customer. Best Buy has majorly gone downhill. Only issuing rewards if you have a Best Buy credit card was bad enough, but now you screw customers out of money by selling faulty products. Horrible business practices - it’s not going to shock me when Amazon and Walmart put you out of business. If you plan to shop at Best Buy, don’t fall for their protection plans - not worth it!

Excellent service, as an older, non-technical person I have to depend on someone else to guide me. I needed a specific item and the salesman not only quickly identified my requirements, he also showed me how to operate it, and it wasn’t a big sale but he took ample time and I will be back!
