Had a computer screen crack on me......bought the geek squad warranty when I bought the screen after confirming with the person who sold us the screen that it covers everything. Yes, he confirm it covers everything from cracks to power surges. When we brought it to geek squad said it didn't cover physical damage, which is the second time I was lied to about this warranty. I had a TV that was scratch in the process of moving they would not replace it. The only good thing to come out of this was the associate Hayden went above and beyond to help us. He talked to his manager and they replaced our screen. Hayden was an amazing representative of Best Buy.
