On Nov 2, 2025 I purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy, woodlands with the delivery set for Nov 5. But they cancelled it with out warning. They then bumped it til Nov 7-only to scrap that one too, right on the morning of. Undeterred(or so I thought), they rescheduled for today, Nov 12 and u even checked the night before. Guess what? Cancelled again this morning. To top it off, we opened a Best Buy credit line just for this fiasco. Nearly two weeks later we are still fridge-less, eating take out and boiling water on the stove like the Stone Age. Words can’t captire my disappointment and tevuksion at this incompetence. Steer clear of Best Buy- total circus. Not a retailer. Don’t say I didn’t want you. Off to Home Depot to buy a fridge
