We bought a washer and the salesperson was great and the washer was installed without a problem. We then went back and bought the matching dryer. They made us buy several pieces to install the dryer but when the guys installed it they did such a poor job, that the dryer does not work. We tried to call Best Buy and they will not transfer us to the store. So here we are without a working dryer and no way to talk to anyone. No way to contact anyone in the United States, the calls are outsourced. Think twice about using Best Buy to purchase items that need to be installed. Just spoke with installation people and they said they could not get to us until Monday which is another 5 days from now. So instead of having a washer/dryer in a few days like we were promised, it is taking over a week to get something installed properly and that is why we picked BestBuy in the first place was because of their quick delivery and install. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Shame on their installation company, maybe they need a better system!
