I want to leave a huge thank you to Austin from the Meta department.
I came in with an issue accessing my Best Buy account and completing my purchase, and Austin was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the very beginning.
Even when the purchase didn’t work on the first computer, he didn’t give up on me or send me to customer support. Instead, he stayed with me, tried different solutions, and worked through the issue step by step until everything was successfully completed on another system.
What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about helping, not just doing the minimum. He took the time to explain things clearly, stayed calm and positive the entire time, and made a stressful situation feel easy and comfortable.
Austin went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful for his help. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a difference and keeps customers coming back.

Was in town for a work conference when I dropped my phone and broke my glass screen protector. Since there were bits of class coming off I wanted to check that my phone was ok and get a new protector. I have total tech and my screen protector had a warranty. I was quickly explained the process by the guy working the door and between getting the protector, conducting the exchange, and installation I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Phenomenal service and I recommend this location for any out of towners needing assistance.
