I ordered an open box Ipad Magic Keyboard last night for my niece's birthday tomorrow. This morning I received an email notification telling me that it was ready for pickup. So I go to pick it up and the employee brings the keyboard to the counter and realizes its a new one vs open box. So he calls the manager Amina over and she tells me sorry that she cant sell me the keyboard they pulled. Pretty frustrating when you drive 47 miles (1hr each way) + 94 miles total from Crosby to the Woodlands to save some money on an open box item only to loose $20 in gas and 2hrs time because a best buy employee pulled the wrong item. If they did not have the open box in stock I should have received an email or phone call but instead they pull a new one and tell me to come pick it up. Not my fault. Sell me the one you pulled if I drive all that way to get it. Not happy
