My dad got an HP printer for his birthday that never worked right. We spent hours with HP trying to fix it and finally gave up. HP support was terrible
We took it back to Best Buy hoping they could take care of the problem. We were not in the best of moods after dealing with the printer. Jordan took care of us and was able to calm us down. He bent over backwards to provide great customer service. He smiled and was friendly the whole time he talked to us. Jordan understands good customer service. He did a great job in retaining long time customers. We will be back.

Steven Mitchell with Best Buy provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He removed and hauled away my old dishwasher, installed the new one perfectly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was done professionally, neatly, and in an organized manner.
Steven was extremely kind, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. The installation was flawless, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Excellent customer service and top-quality workmanship — I highly recommend him!

I just wish since they stock & sell 3D printers, they would stock filament aswell.
