Manager Marcus has got to be the wrost manager I have ever came across. I’m starting to think Best Buy only cares about profit and not their customers. I asked to speak to Marcus 5 times and he chose to ignore me. Then when I finally spoke a little louder and said “excuse me” he got an attitude and said “we’re not yelling” I wasn’t trying to yell but he obviously didn’t hear me the first 5 times so I spoke up louder so he could hear me . Then when I told him about people skipping the line, his response was “ I don’t care you all have to figure that out and handle it yourself outside”. Does he not care how he just opened the door for everybody to skip the line and for the front doors to be bum rushed at opening? If a fight broke out or anything, I would assume Best Buy would be liable if something really bad happened. It was under the Managers advise that us customers “handle it ourselves”. What kind of manager doesn’t do what’s right and fair? What kind of manager doesn’t do his job with integrity. This is absolutely horrible.
I waited in line at Best Buy for over two hours for a Pokémon card release. While I was able to get what I wanted, many customers behind me missed out because a group of people cut in line.
More than 25 customers reported the issue, but the sales supervisor, Marcus, did not address it. Instead, he argued with customers who raised concerns and even told people to go ahead and report him, openly giving out his name.
It was disappointing to see customers who waited patiently for hours ignored while line cutters were allowed to benefit. I expect better customer service and better management of release events from Best Buy
Excellent customer service provided.
Poor costumer service, to much burocracy to fix my concerns. I ask for a computer with one TB and they give me half, I need it a computer soon so I don't want it to exchange just refund me their money their mistake... very dissapointed
