I love this store but the service provided today was terrible. I went to claim the Price Match “Guaranteed” that the store offers and today it was not respected.
They provided me an excuse for not giving it to me, which is true in the platform there are some terms and conditions for it which make their reasons valid, but when I got sold the membership (at another store location) they told me that as long as I see a lower price on the Best Buy platform I can claim it.
Today the word “Guaranteed” was not respected, I’m very disappointed with the service provided. I feel I got tricked into false advertisement and that should not be happening at such a big and respected brand like best buy.
Be careful don’t fall into this when they offer you the membership. The price match is not truly guaranteed but they sell you the idea like this.
It is most likely tricking out other customers, make sure you read those terms and conditions before buying a product as they sell you an idea on the spot when you are finalizing the purchase, but later on you find the surprise that they are going to be tricky and disappoint the client as it happened to me today unfortunately.
