Came to buy $5000 worth of camera equipment. The salesman told me that if I would buy it from him, he would discounted $300-$400. It was all a lie when we went to check out he said, “I told you I would try.” Asked to talk to the manager the manager didn’t say one word and didn’t care. So, for honesty I’ll drive to Conroe, or Cypress, or Willowbrook don’t come to this Best Buy they’re full of liars and cheaters.

I ordered an item for pickup which was open box and the item looks new and works great
On vacation, and realized I forgot the charger for my laptop. It was a holiday weekend, so neither Amazon or even Walmart could ship one in any less than 3 days. We ventured out and found Best Buy. Went straight to the laptop section, and Christopher greeted me right away, and was able to locate the right charger, even verified before he sold it to me, that this was the correct wattage. Worked like a charm, and saved the long weekend. Thankful we didn't have to return home early. Kudos to Christopher for prompt and courteous customer service!
