My partner and I went in to buy an 85in tv. We picked out exactly which one we wanted specifically because it was nicer, newer and had a flat back. We told the sales associate which one and he ended up telling us we could also get a discount on it. When we got home we realized he gave us the wrong tv, most likely because it was the older tv model (which we didn’t want) which was also not a discount for us. We had to take everything back just for the managers to tell us they couldn’t do anything about it when the employee gave us the wrong tv knowing it wasn’t the correct model of what he asked for. There needs to be some accountability taken especially when that much traveling, labor and money is involved!
I received great customer service from Zane. He answered all of my questions regarding the Google Pixel phones. I purchased a Google Pixel 10 as a result. I highly recommend this store.
The customer service staff were unwelcoming to customers and did not provide sufficient explanatory information.

Only 2 stars because the lady that initially helped me was very kind. I came to return the wrong game and was created by a very nice worker who asked if I wanted to just do an exchange so I didn’t have to worry about it taking time for the refund to go through to my bank account. The replacement game was not available, upon returning to the customer service desk, a different worker came over to help me. He started by insulting the game I wanted to get for my Fiancée, and after telling him I just wanted to return the game, he offered to check other Best Buy’s in the area, but when I told him this was the closest location and any others are over an hour away from where I live, he said that wasn’t true??? I didn’t know you knew were I lived buddy? After repeating myself and declining his search, he insisted on trying to order it for me I said no multiple times and he only stopped insisting when I firmly said I wanted to return it
