I ordered a laptop which was supposed to be available for pick up the same day. It was not ready by the end of the day so I switched to next day delivery. Their third party delivery service claimed they attempted to deliver the item at 3pm, yet I have security cameras and no one came by by house at that time. I went to the store to try to resolve the issue. I was told I could purchase another laptop at full price. I asked what happened when the first laptop I purchased online never showed back up at their warehouse, and I wasn't really given an answer for that. The lady then said I could wait until the original laptop made it back to the warehouse to purchase another one, but given that I needed a new laptop quickly, it kind of defeated the purpose of the "ready for pickup in one hour" laptop that I bought. Horrible customer service.

Very attentive when it comes to curbside pick up and also when going inside all of the workers are very knowledgeable, helpful and always seeing if youre in need of help! Will be definitely coming to this location more often than in comparison to others!
