Only 2 stars because the lady that initially helped me was very kind. I came to return the wrong game and was created by a very nice worker who asked if I wanted to just do an exchange so I didn’t have to worry about it taking time for the refund to go through to my bank account. The replacement game was not available, upon returning to the customer service desk, a different worker came over to help me. He started by insulting the game I wanted to get for my Fiancée, and after telling him I just wanted to return the game, he offered to check other Best Buy’s in the area, but when I told him this was the closest location and any others are over an hour away from where I live, he said that wasn’t true??? I didn’t know you knew were I lived buddy? After repeating myself and declining his search, he insisted on trying to order it for me I said no multiple times and he only stopped insisting when I firmly said I wanted to return it

Had the flu the week before Xmas. Finally made it into the store on the eve of the big day. If I hadn't met BestBuy worker, Francisco, I'd be lost. He asked the ages of the family members I was shopping for and helped me pick out gifts for each one. Walked me thru the whole process, double checked online that there were no subscription fees id have to pay for down the road on one of the products...just super knowledgeable, kind, and efficient guy. THANKS FRANCISCO!!!
