Buy your appliances here instead of Lowe's who will sell your "HELD" refrigerator to someone else and then tell you 0 stock. Staff is super super helpful
I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location.
Please train your employees to treat customers with respect.
I placed an online order with a trade-in. I received my new device, but I never received the return label or any instructions for sending back my old device. I came to the store hoping someone could help me return it.
My English isn’t perfect, but that does not give anyone the right to treat me disrespectfully. I was using very simple words and trying my best to explain the situation. Instead of trying to understand me, the employee became impatient and spoke to me in a very rude tone simply because she didn’t understand what I was saying.
After realizing I needed to go to a different department, she didn’t apologize for the way she had treated me. As I walked away, she even made a mocking remark behind my back. That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I had actually planned to make another purchase while I was in the store, but after this experience I completely lost the desire to spend any more money here.

Came to buy $5000 worth of camera equipment. The salesman told me that if I would buy it from him, he would discounted $300-$400. It was all a lie when we went to check out he said, “I told you I would try.” Asked to talk to the manager the manager didn’t say one word and didn’t care. So, for honesty I’ll drive to Conroe, or Cypress, or Willowbrook don’t come to this Best Buy they’re full of liars and cheaters.
