Each attendant was busy being helpful to other customers, so I went to the cashier and she was helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed.
No idea how the Best Buy in Tyler is still open. Have not had a good customer experience in years. Today, in line alone at Geek Squad for 30 minutes without being acknowledged, then when I finally asked how much longer, the employee said at least another 20. I understand being busy, but at least let me know if I’m going to have to stand in one spot for an hour before even being talked to.
There are too many other places in town that offer the same thing that at least pretend to care. So never again for me and avoid avoid avoid

We just purchased our new kitchen range and our experience with Justin was as always perfect. We always make our purchases when we know he will be there.
