Employees are awesome but I was the 10th person in line, the people waiting not the people being helped. So I walked around the store for 30 minutes to let it funnel down. Came back, still 11 people in line. The store has been open for 45 minutes. It’s been this way the entire time. I’m still in line, probably 20 more minutes until I can finally pay and leave. I feel like I’m being imprisoned

I bought a drone about a month ago and called and asked to return it and when after sitting on a waiting list for an hour Edwin answered and gave him my info he said I can return it and get my money back. When getting to Best Buy I went to return it and dude literally said they can’t give me back my money only store credit. Completely BS I dislike Edwin and that whole company. Do not buy anything from there. Anyways guys have a good day because mine sure wasn’t. And also the lady at the door had the audacity to ask me if everything went well… be smart don’t shop at Best Buy.

Upon entering Best Buy I was greeted by very nice employee who was extremely polite and was made to feel comfortable for just being there I knew what I was looking for I just was not aware of what the company had in stock I went to the computer location found the laptop computer that met my required specifications and was treated extremely professionally and well for lack of a better definition quite like a friend the purchasing process went extremely pleasant as well has the merchandise in which I purchased I'm also extremely happy with show and closing this communicate I would recommend Best Buy to anyone who is looking for Quality electronic or digital equipment in an apartment that you're made to feel comfortable to be there I close by saying thank you Best Buy!

I had an issue with the online service, and their phone customer service. But once o got to the store, Jennifer was excellent, and did everything she could to make it right. I would go back, solely because of my encounter with this amazing person.
