Yes I brought my Ipad 10th Generation that stopped working during the start up. I just walked in and gentleman told me where to get my ipad checked. The youngvman was very courteous and did a bunch of backups and after that I started signing back in and it took me further so I was hoping it had been fixed but no. He said because it was so new and it might cost as much or almost as much as a brand new ipad. He didn't even charge me. The other place that Apple told me to take was not as bright and he charged me close to $40 and he did nothing but back up the ipad and if I would of taken to best buy then at least I would've not been out that money. I'm so disappointed but if I'm going to buy another ipad it will be with best buy. I'm certainly not going to buy it through Amazon or getting sucked in on Ticktok live auctions. Make sure you know what you're getting. I'm now out of close to $100 because of company Kangaroo Apple products, and now Ticktok. Yes Best buy is the best and even Amazon has something to do with selling a lemon product .Thanks for Best Buy for giving me important information. The Best Buy store was closer for me. Live and learn.
