Bad management the supervisor with his broken leg is no good rude i pay for an video game one day before and the other store send me to pick it up the next day the other store say they gave two videos games only yo pay before someone takes takes them i drive 30min to this location and they told me they ignored my order. And sold the last two video games they have the manager told me they can get multy orders on the same item. I do not agree with him making people move drive from one store to another for nothing wasting gas time. I dont agree with this..his name is shan . His rude mean cant do job right carma got him on his leg. .

They aren't really helpful here, there is a selection, in a sense, of electronics and whatnot. Seems like they get overloaded and worried more about a sale than informative communication

A bit of a drive, but worth it for getting half-off on a 4K 43" monitor.
I went to Best Buy today and Waxahachie to purchase a few Christmas gifts. It was very busy when I got there so I was just browsing around trying to find a sales rep to help me find what I was looking for there is this main guy that was standing in the Front and I asked if I could get assistance and he looked at me up and down and said it will be a good minute if you’d like to wait I said yes that’s fine. I’ll just walk around so I go to the department that I was interested in and I’m waiting there a good 10 minutes. Never did anyone go assist me as I was standing there there was another employee that passed me up and asked if I needed any help finding anything and I told him that I had been waiting there for some assistance so he immediately send somebody over and the person he sent was very helpful but I did not catch his name. He explaining the product that I was looking at and I purchased the product. He also got me a little discount with me trying to sign up for the Best Buy credit card so I was happy with that little discount I received. He also carried my merchandise to my car. Thank you for being that sales person that was very helpful. Took his time explaining things to me. I wish I would have gotten his name for the guy at the front do better next time. Send your people when you say you will.
