I have always liked Best Buy. But within the last 6 months the customer service has gone down hill. The people are always nice, there's just not enough of them. I went in today to ask a question about a delivery. I waited 10 minutes just to speak with the only person who could help me. Kinda sad, really. I'm just disappointed every time I go in there. Knowing I'm going to have to wait to find help, seriously deters me. Hire more CSRs, and I'll go back.
Upgrade laptop. Ended up purchasing a laptop. Talked into Best Buy Card & Bank had issue with their databases. Management kept disappearing causing delays. Almost walked out.
