If I could give no stars I would. I went in to purchase a laptop. I was approached by some guy named Shane. He kept running off because I wasn't important enough. When finally he discovers that what I'm looking for they didn't have but he tells me that he can have one shipped for me for free. So I am sent to some other girl because he didn't have time for me and then I get charged $10 shipping fee whenever I ask about it he tells me oh you were mistaken I was not I could have let it ship right into the store for nothing and not worried about it but I got charged $10 then when you try to speak to someone at their customer service number you're dealing with people that don't even live in the United States. Best buy you got the best of me one and only time I will not do any business with you again and I hope that people will read this and know that Shane is a liar and so is the rest of Best buy they want too much of your information what are you doing selling it
