Worst CS ever. Went 3 times to get help on a blue tooth speaker. I am a plus little man that helped me last time was so rude and I will not return to that store again. I walked out without my speaker.

Asked for help, took almost an hr before someone helped. Store was far from busy. Maaaaybe 5 customers. Associate didn't know any info on the products nor asked someone who would. Just gave me idk after idk after idk. So I researched on my phone and made my selections within 10 mins. By the time I checked out I was over it but lo and behold the register froze and we stood there for a good 10 min before we used a different register. Everyone was so nonchalant about everything as if I didn't just waste almost 2 hrs at this point for a process that really should've been less than 30 mins 🙃 I go to best buy when I need a knowledgeable associate. I could've literally gone to Walmart and got the same stuff for cheaper and faster without help using my phone.
