Not a bad store, place is well kept, only problem is any time I walk inside I feel like I'm at a car dealership, either someone tries to get an employee to walk me to an area that I know where something is at and tey to sell me something when im just there to look and get a idea what the product is like on display vs online. If I need help I'll ask. I dont mean to come off rude but it's just not the feeling I want from employees as soon as I walk in. Other locations don't do this so not sure why this one does

Very corporate atmosphere. If you need a particular item, let them know what you're looking for, and they will provide someone who can give you great advice.
I have to say that I am completely dissatisfied with this Best Buy. I came in for a return and was asked by customer service to place my return item down but was not asked what I needed help with. Instead the customer service representative proceeded to help someone else who clearly came in after me and not once asked how he could help or ask one of the other 8 people standing around to help. Finally had to go up to the front and complain that all I needed to do was return something and who could help me. Never shopping here again.

Had a great sales tech who actually told me not to buy a item bc it came with the product I was already buying. I appreciated that so much instead of trying to to get me to purchase something that was not needed. SO THANK YOU!
