Special, Thanks to Daniel Addison for great customer service and patience with my uncle and I. Showed us in store how to set up his new sound bar because it wasn't working. Then processed a return exchange to make sure we'd have all needed parts. And a fully working setup. Sometimes outside circumstances can make things more difficult than it should. But Daniel took the time to listen and all around made the customer experience great at best buy. Truly an outstanding job.

1 star because I can’t even call the store. The phone tree will not allow you to connect to the store. What kind of business can’t even pick up a phone to answer a simple question? Btw I checked the stock price and it’s down 14% in the last 6 months. Maybe if yall actually picked up a phone call your stock would be worth something. SMH
