My second visit at best buy was great I returned the faulty phone without a problem the lady that tend to me was very nice and knowledgeable
Went into upgrade an iPad and look at some monitor options. In the process we were helped by Kai. Kai, was responsive, informed and educational. She asked all the right questions to ensure that all of our products solved all our needs. Highly recommend asking for Kai when you come in.
Their geek squad is pretty much useless. They can’t repair anything. And give you some long winded explanation as to why they can’t. Usually just some bullshit they make up. Don’t expect much from Best Buy. Other than a purchase that will become disposable.
