I went to check out at the normal place to check out at a Best Buy but there was no one there. There were 6 employees standing near there at the front that didn’t pay any attention to me looking confused. I finally just ask where to go and one told me the customer service in a very passive aggressive manner. I go to the register. I pay and ask for a bag and the cashier literally just hands me a bag then runs off to bs with the rest of the employees at the front leaving me stewing while trying to open the bag like it is a produce bag at the grocery store. The whole experience was so unprofessional. If this is typical for the brand in this economy I see the another circuit city soon.
