If I could do a zero I would. I purchased a Geek Squad Membership at the Weatherford store in 4/2025. It was on autopay. I did not want to renew my yearly geek squad membership because I did not realize when purchased that they did not come to your home unless you pay an additional expense. I walked into the Weatherford store to cancel my geek squad membership and the person there attempted but said she could not cancel the membership on autopay. She suggested that I phone customer service. I did and what I was told by customer service was that he could not cancel my membership and informed me that the yearly autopay would pay on 4/29/2026. I let him know that it better not. He suggested that I go to my bank and cancel the autopay. Are you kidding me. I will not let this drop. I went into my bank and they could not believe this. It took that banker at least an hour to go through 2 departments to attempt to cancel this autopay on a "Best Buy" membership. The banker informed me that the 2 departments said that it was not a guaranteed cancellation of autopay. They informed me to watch my charges and if Best Buy did get the autopay through to come back into the bank and dispute that charge. I highly suggest anyone think twice before putting anything on autopay with Best Buy. Again, I am filing a complaint with authorities about this. I am that angry Best Buy in Weatherford.

Needed a new computer, but they want a pretty high price to transfer your old computer info to the new one. Would think it would be something they would do for free since your spending a bunch on a new computer. Needless to say I went to Amazon and saved myself a bunch of money.

Special, Thanks to Daniel Addison for great customer service and patience with my uncle and I. Showed us in store how to set up his new sound bar because it wasn't working. Then processed a return exchange to make sure we'd have all needed parts. And a fully working setup. Sometimes outside circumstances can make things more difficult than it should. But Daniel took the time to listen and all around made the customer experience great at best buy. Truly an outstanding job.

1 star because I can’t even call the store. The phone tree will not allow you to connect to the store. What kind of business can’t even pick up a phone to answer a simple question? Btw I checked the stock price and it’s down 14% in the last 6 months. Maybe if yall actually picked up a phone call your stock would be worth something. SMH
