Best Buy sold me a lemon! I bought a GE Cafe French door refrigerator. After one month it stopped cooling both fridge and freezer. They came out and addeda part they said was missing. Since then I have had numerous problems mostly with the freezer thawing out completely every few days. GE guessed it may be the compressor so they changed it, It worked well for few months, then again the freezer started going out every few days. The techs that have come to look at it have not been able to pinpoint the problem. Two weeks ago they replaced the mother board. This weekend the fridge and freezer both stopped cooling. I bought a thermometer to test the temp and it read 60 inside the fridge. I emptied it and unplugged it. They are coming back out to replace the compressor again! I have the extended warranty so it’s covered, but the amount of food that has gone to waste is not covered by warranty. I spoke to customer relations at @cafeappliances they did not offer any help I now need to replace my stove, but I won’t buy a GE product!

Hard to locate small items. Picked up the one and only Female USB to Male USB-C. As advertised 9.99
Brought an all in one computer to recycle was told they would charge $30 because its a monitor. The website says its not a chargeable item. I brought another all in one computer the week before no charge. The kid helping me was nice about it and his manger is the one that told him it would be a charge. I dont like to escalate things since it punishes the worker not the boss so I left. I have gone to this store for years and recycled here for years. It used to be great but like everything run my corporations its progressively getting worse. I usually bring most of buisness here since it was one of the few that would offer recycling. This is the only way I could think of getting it across to corporation that they have lost my buisness. Thank you for coming to my ted talk and hope you have a great day.

The worst service I've ever received while shopping here. The pickup person was wonderful, but they couldn't deliver the game. I pre-ordered it on February 13th and still haven't received it as of today, February 21st. I called customer service and they still haven't resolved the issue. Now that I've come to the store to ask why they charged me for the game without delivering it, they just told me to wait 20 minutes while they get back to me. I don't recommend buying from this Best Buy; it's very disorganized.
El peor trato que e recibido al momento de comprar aquí, la persona de pick up se portó de maravilla pero no pudieron entregarme el juego lo compre el día 13 de febrero con pre orden y no me lo han dado hasta el día de hoy 21 de febrero, hice una llamada a atención a clientes y siguien sin resolverme y ahora que vine a preguntar ala tienda porque ya me cobraron el juego sin entregarlo, solo me han dicho que me espere 20 minutos que estan para darme una respuesta. No recomiendo comprar en este Best Buy tiene una mala organización.
