They used to care about me. Members of the store used to be willing and eager to assist and talk about what I was looking for. Now they just seem like they want to go home, which I get. So maybe pay them more so they’ll be happier on the floor? Idk. This has happened at multiple locations.

Took my new laptop that I bought at the baybrook store on Black Friday, was coerced into paying for a full subscription for geek squad as well as a full price for a Microsoft account. Called geek squad to schedule an appointment for Monday to have some documents transferred to my new computer, brought everything in, waited past my appointment schedule dropped everything off and then waited, am still waiting and we are now going on day 3, still don't have my new laptop or my old ones. Can't talk to anyone at the store all call go to a call center out of country. I'll file my complaint with consumer affairs when this fiasco is done. I would have give a -3 star but the system is not capable of doing this.
