Having the worst experience ever!!!! Nobody knows how to help or guiding me in the direction to take!!! I had a package being delivered on the 24th by a 3rd party delivery company, then the delivery was canceled. I called the guy that was delivering my order and he said he was having a family emergency and has to leave work and was at best buy dropping off orders and it would be re delivered..... its been 5 days and I have no update on the delivery and nobody can tell me anything and its so frustrating.
