I don’t have any devices but yet have Best Buy charge. Went to Best Buy to cancel but they could not find I have devices and could not get store to cancel this ongoing charge. Gave me phone number to call but kniw I’ll get run around in that too!!!!

Poor customer service. They do not honor their products warranties. Had a 65" Tv got as a graduation gift that wouldn't turn on out the box and they wouldn't even exchange it due to a purchase date outside of 90 days.
